Steve spent a great deal of time with me going over the vehicle, no question went unanswered but being such a big purchase i just wasn't ready to pull the trigger, Mike allowed for me to take the brand new explorer home to really check it out, Steve helped me switch over the 3 car seats and we left the no pressure dealership with the 2014 Explorer. -Mike and Steve wanted to make sure i was happy and got what i wanted NOT just what i needed ~ Upon returning the Explorer my indecisive nature wanted more reassurance, its a lot more truck than the 2012 Escape i pulled into Oakridge with. Steve didn't mind and went over the comparable vehicles with me and we went for another test drive, we spent several hours together the first visit and he didn't miss a beat when i asked for more of his time. He didn't pressure, he didn't rush me, he was just listening to what i was saying and gave me the time and the information to make my own decision, Steve was so thorough and patient with me I became confident in the Explorer being the right truck for me and turned from indecisive to excited and anxious! He was so thorough i ran out of questions. They are amazing and the service was 2nd to none my husband or I have ever had. More

Ralph was friendly, very knowledgeable, and enthusiastically demonstrated the various features of the Escape that we were looking at. We left very impressed after our test drive, and after a 2nd test drive and meeting, decided to purchase the vehicle. During the purchasing phase, he spent a lot of time with us- explaining things, discussing the pros and cons of the various financing options, helping with our trade in, etc. He even came in on his day off to go through our car delivery with us! When my new Escape was ready for pick-up Mike then introduced me to Jesse who thoroughly went over all of my options for warranty and service. Mike then sat in my new vehicle with me and explained all the technology this vehicle has to offer. I was very pleased to see how clean my new vehicle was right down to the tires being Armor Alled.
