One thing I noticed is they are very good at adding additional costs and they are a bit careless when servicing. Here are a few examples. I purchased four Michelin Tires and brought them to Toyota to install them. I later checked my air pressure for all four tires and one of the tires was waaaaayy over the suggested PSI and it was definitely them that did this. I'm still worried about this tire, as too much pressure can damage the tire, and it made me question their competence. Secondly, during my tire change my brakes pads were very worn (however, I was unaware of this)... now two months later I need almost 600 dollars worth of brake work- new rotors and the works- all new pads.... when you take your car to a mechanic, at least from my past experience, the mechanic will mention a few things to look out for, or maybe some observations he made. DO NOT expect this from this dealership, they have neither the time or interest to point out wear and tear, because they want you to bring the vehicle back for another major job. Any other mechanic would have mentioned the terrible shape my brakes were in when the tire change occurred, and any other mechanic would have never overfilled the tires. Although they are nice, I don't believe for a minute that the mechanics are giving you special or exceptional service in any way whatsoever at Toyota. I do not plan on taking my vehicle back there and these experiences have reminded me of how vital a regular mechanic is from your local repair shop - at least you get to talk to the mechanic in person at a repair shop so you can build trust and loyalty, when this is established, they will take the time to tell you personally what else might go wrong with your car, instead of waiting for you to come back- plus they won't take your business for granted. More

I have told this to Cali and I will repeat it here: my husband HATES salespeople and he cringed at the thought of looking for another car. He somehow forgot how great she was the first time and although I tried to remind him, his memory was short. Only 5 minutes into our appointment, Cali won him over. Although I'm sure selling is as important to her as it is for other car salespeople, she never gives you the impression that you're simply a sale. From the first time we met her, it was obvious that her mission was to make us happy. There's no xxxxxxxx with her, she gives it to you straight and genuinely asks the right questions and listens to your needs. She's personable and even when she's busy with other customers, she makes sure that you get the attention you need and doesn't make you feel rushed. More

Cali is a very freindly & knowledgable in all her products that she spoke about. She took the time to listen to all my thoughts and concerns about a car. She was very patient.
