POUR WARRANTY SERVICE I went to the dealer with a warranty repair on my 2011 Kia Sorrento which required to have the rear lift gate replaced . Kia Canada covered the new li I went to the dealer with a warranty repair on my 2011 Kia Sorrento which required to have the rear lift gate replaced . Kia Canada covered the new lift gate and painting but the dealer didn't due the job , instead farmed it out and now its a different shade than the rest of the car and they didn't seam seal the new lift gate either so in a years time it will start rusting again. i spoke to the service manager and got no wheres so i went to Kia Canada who in turn says it would be the dealers responcibily to make sure that the color blended with the rest of the car(bumper , quarter panels and roof). i have been driving Kia since 2004 and now thinking of changing brands were i wouldn't have to deal with O'Reagans as i feel that the issue should have been fixed not kept passing the buck onto someone else More
