O'Regan's Kia Dartmouth

I initially went to O'Reagan's to check out the Kia as I had done my home work and knew this to be a good vehicle and one that had the same feel for me as my truck that I was looking to replace. I went in and spoke with Amanda and she knew what I wanted and what I was able to pay. There was an initial concern with getting the cost to where I needed it to be but after some working with the Manager and Amanda it worked out and the deal was completed very easily. I got my new Kia Soul and my first vehicle purchased on my own! Amanda even took my vehicle for the undercoating and then dropped it off at my place of business for me. She even went to the trouble of looking for an item I thought may have been left in my old truck. Amanada follows through and makesm purchasing a vehicle seamlessly easy. Thank you Amanda Everyone at the dealership was wonderful and answered my hundreds of questions and treated me with respect. The finance department was awesome in that the gentleman answered more questions and pointed out many things on the contract so I would know exactly what to expect for payments etc. I am very pleased that when I go into the dealership it is like I am an old friend and no question is to trivial. Being new to purchasing a vehicle and being a more mature woman it is nice to be treated as a knowledgeable person. My husband and I went to O'Regans to browse around to check out the Kia Soul. We did see alot of Kia Soul everywhere we looked so we decided to see what they had to offer. We had no intentions on purch check out the Kia Soul. We did see alot of Kia Soul everywhere we looked so we decided to see what they had to offer. We had no intentions on purchasing a vehicle at that time. After talking to Amanda Jamieson, she helped us make a decision to purchase/lease a new vehicle. We had originally planned to shop around and check out other dealerships for different vehicles, but were so impressed with Amanda's help and knowledge we decided to purchase the vehicle that evening. This was the vehicle we wanted. Amanda is a great sales person and it’s not hard to see she loves her job. She was able to answer any questions we had and helped us out in any way she could. She is very pleasant and a pleasure to be around. We would definitely purchase another Kia from Amanda @ O’Regans. She took the time and made the effort to make sure we were satisfied customers. Called dealership this morning to inquire on sorento. Staff who answered phone was not helpful and a bit rude. She transferred me to "Andrew". As someone who has an excellent understanding on vehicles, I was put off by his condescending attitude, I guess that is the way he likes to communicate to female buyers. What Andrew didn't care to ask or know, is I have purchased two cars on line, one an Acura TL and one a Honda Accord. I have perfect credit and didn't like how he brushed me off when he stated financing is 7%. Really?? Most dealerships are offering anywhere from 0% for new to 4% for used. He never tried to work with me on the phone and when I asked about the photos of the SUV and how accurate they were, he scoffed. Really?? Apparently "Andrew" has an issue dealing with intelligent females. It was by far they most awful 5 min conversation with a dealer. He was completely unprofessional and very rude! So bye bye O'Regans, My husband and I purchased a nicer SUV from Kia Charlottetown less than 30 mins later. You will never have us as customers! More

Steve was fabulous. He went above and beyond to try to make me happy.
