I walked into the dealership with the car and price that I had in mind. MacKenzie was an excellent salesman and was straight up and honest with everything that he said about the vehicle that I was looking t I had in mind. He showed me the ins and outs of the vehicle and gave me the specifics on it's history and current condition. Overall, MacKenzie was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and about cars in general. He showed me other cars on the lot and was not pushy or desperate at all for the sale. He was very patient with me as I was unsure if I wanted to make the purchase, or if I wanted to keep looking. He offered great advice and recommended that I take a look at other cars that were in my price range in order to find a deal that was suitable for my budget and preferences. I have purchased cars from other dealerships before and NEVER have I received such great customer service. MacKenzie was friendly, kind, and welcoming. I agreed to go ahead and talk about the price and financing options for the vehicle that I later purchased. This process is usually quite stressful with other dealerships and sales people as they always try to push the highest prices on you and use strategic methods or manipulation to make you agree to the deal even though you may not be comfortable with it. However, this was NOT the case. MacKenzie was generous enough to spend time with me sorting out the details in order to find a price that was within my budget. He was able to offer me financing with payments that were affordable and, quite frankly, exactly what I was expecting to pay for this particular vehicle. Overall, I had an amazing customer experience at O'Regan's Dartmouth Hyundai. MacKenzie was helpful in every aspect and I encourage anybody who is in the market for any new or used car to go check out this location and ask for him. You will not regret it! Thank you so much for the great service that you provided me with. In the end, I was able to drive the car off the lot with the price and payments that I walked in looking for. 5/5 Stars and 3 thumbs up for this wonderful experience. More

We have had our Sante Fe for over 11 years and were looking to buy a new one. From the moment we met Jonathan we knew he was the one we were going to buy a vehicle from. After having a bad week/end of having both vehicles in the garage it was time we get a new vehicle. Kevin was great from the beginning to end with the experience and decision to go with what we bought. A new 2013 Hyundai Elantra GL.It was a hard decision to make as the car we traded in was paid off, to go back to two vehicle payments. It was also hard going back to O'regan's as we have not had good service from other dealerships in the area with the same name. Kevin was great in helping us pick the right car and keeping with in out budget, also with the help of Ahmed Al-shaghay. Thank you. More
Was looking for a new 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport Premium AWD 2.4. Went to Hyundai in Halifax first, where I bought my last 2 Hyundai's first. Got prices. Then I was referred to O'regan's Dartmouth Hyund AWD 2.4. Went to Hyundai in Halifax first, where I bought my last 2 Hyundai's first. Got prices. Then I was referred to O'regan's Dartmouth Hyundai by a good friend. They gave me a better deal then the other dealer in Halifax. Although at first they low balled my trade in. With some haggling, we got to where I felt was a good deal. The only thing I didn't like was that they kind of tried put the pressure on me into the deal on the spot. Which I understand from their prospective, but didn't feel comfortable with. Felt like it was a take it or leave deal. But after chatting with the sales rep. about it, and informed him I didn't care for the tactic. He apologized for it and we came to an agreement that I would let him know the next day. Keep a long story short, my wife and I talked about the deal, and accepted it. The business manager was great. Cut to the chase on what to select for my vehicle and was no pressure on ext. warranty and what have you. What started off on the wrong foot ended on the right foot!!! More
As a former Hyundai owner who loved her Elantra and kept it for 10 years, I was thrilled when I was sent a letter of offer. 0% financing and either warranty or tires free. Fabulous, because the timing was perfect as we were looking for a 2nd vehicle. Our first visit was fine. We test drove the Accent and the Elantra and I decided I preferred the Elantra. The sales person seem friendly and personable. However, we left the dealership without really knowing if they could give us the bi-weekly payments I was hoping for. Actually we weren't given any payment information. I had promised my husband I would at least look at some other cars, just to make sure I wasn't making a rash decision based on my obvious bias for the Elantra. I even told the sales person this. I didn't have the same problem with other dealerships. I came out with firm numbers, phone numbers, people willing to answer my questions and who respected the fact that I needed to check prices on insurance, who understood that I was looking at other cars and had to make sure this new payment fit in our budget. All the dealerships followed up with me and were polite and answered or sent me additional info. However, the sales person from the O'Regan's Dartmouth Hyundai was pushy and quick to put down the other dealerships and the offers they had given me when he called me back. He was angry and not willing to listen to what I said or respect what I had to do to make this work. He was very aggressive. I did go back to give the dealership a chance for my business, they gave me someone else, but I found that they didn't really care that I wasn't pleased with his service and started to play games. I wanted to know if the payment I wanted was possible. Instead they didn't listen to me and came back with offer's not even close to what I had asked for, and they pressured me to make a deposit before they would get serious. Lousy, lousy service! More

The caliber seized on my 2011 Hyundai while driving down an off ramp in Fall River. I called Roadside Assistance and my Roadside Warranty had expired 2 weeks before. She would not help me. Being nervous because I didn't know what was wrong with the car, I was frustrated and getting kind of nervous because it was getting dark and I was in an unfamiliar area. I called the Hyundai dealership and they put me through to Steve. He could tell how upset I was and he told me that he would take care of it and get a tow truck to come and get me. He called Roadside Assistance to see what he could do and then he arranged for a tow truck to come and get me. He went above and beyond to help me. I purchased the car from an O'Regans used car dealership but have always had vehicle servicing at the Dartmouth Hyundai. I couldn't believe how helpful he was. Also the service department people that I dealt with, Tracey and Scott, were very helpful during the process in getting my car fixed. I have always had a great experience when dealing with this dealership and would highly recommend them. More
