We went to Greenline looking for a used Subaru. After shopping everwhere we were pretty discouraged and then Russell May helped us buy a new Hyundai Tucson. It was nice that we were able to buy our Hyund shopping everwhere we were pretty discouraged and then Russell May helped us buy a new Hyundai Tucson. It was nice that we were able to buy our Hyundai through Russell even though he was not in that dealership. He said he could sell us anything that O'Reagan's sold and since he was so helpful, low key and professional we really wanted to continue the buying process using his services. Russell was a pleasure to work with and everyone he introduced us to (financing, parts, service...) at the dealership was very professional and friendly. A very positive experience. This is our forth Hyundai and they just getting better. The first one we bought was in the mid/late 80's and the buying experinec wasn't the best. Pat Allen is a very knowledgeable, kind and patient guy. I am not the easiest person to deal with and Pat was very accommodating to every one of my conditions. He took each of them seriously. Considering that negotiating is the toughest part of the deal, with Pat Allen, I found it to be an actually pleasant experience. He absolutely wanted us to be happy with the deal. We researched the vehicle and the Hyundai Company extensively, prior to deciding on the right vehicle for us. We are downsizing from a huge SUV to the very stylish and practical Hyundai Accent Hatchback. We couldn’t be happier with the service and the vehicle. I had no intention of purchasing a new car until my 2006 Sonata suddenly broke down in 5:00 traffic in Dartmouth. I was able to make it to my dealership where I had originally purchased my car, and luckily Sonata suddenly broke down in 5:00 traffic in Dartmouth. I was able to make it to my dealership where I had originally purchased my car, and luckily the problem was promptly diagnosed. Unfortunately, it was the to the tune of $1700.00 It didn't help that I was told they'd "never seen this happen to the Sonata", but I guess SOMEONE had to be the first unlucky client. Anyway - the day was diastrous to begin with, and the car was actually just the icing on the cake. I asked the Parts manager if I would be better off purchasing a new (or used) car, as the Sonata already had 160,000 km's on it, and I didn't really have $1700 to put into the car. I was quickly introduced to Jonathan Plummer - aka Sales Agent Extrodinaire! He worked with me for 5 hours that night, even stayed late until everything was finalized. He fixed me up with a BEAUTIFUL 2012 Elantra GL - brand spankin' new! :) And still managed to stay within my measly budget. Miracle worker that man is. I've only had to car 2 days, but when I picked it up yesterday, Jonathan kindly spend a good 40 minutes going thru all the features of the car....still getting use to NEVER EVER having to turn on or off my lights again. And heated seats??? I think so! In all seriousness though - I would highly recommend this dealership, and specifically Jonathan. I've already passed out SEVERAL of his business cards. Yes, he's THAT good. Thanks again to EVERYONE at O'Regan's Hyundai in Dartmouth. Specifically Supreeta, Gerald, Chris G and Jonathan. More
