Kristopher Ettinger was the main sales person I dealt with and was very knowled I recently bought a new car from here and the staff was very friendly. Kristopher Ettinger was the main sales person I dealt with and was very knowledgeable about the two vehicles I took for a test drive. They ensured I was able to drive my new car off the lot that day. When I noticed a small scratch in my wind shield that was there prior to me driving it off the lot, they replaced it when I was also scheduled to have it undercoated and the interior scotch guarded. During this time they provided me with a demo car for the day so I didn't have to wait. I am very satisfied with the level of customer service and their commitment to making buying my new car very pleasant. More

Great sales experience from a great dealer I came into the dealership to take a look at a Hyundai Elantra GT. I meet Jeff at the door. He took the time to show me a car in the showroom that was like the one I was going to take for a test drive. I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. We took the car out and I loved it as soon as I got behind the wheel. The whole process of buying my car from Jeff was easier than I could have ever imagined. Jeff is a great guy. Above and Beyond We purchased a 2015 Hyundai Sante Fe however with the logistical issues caused by weather conditions at the Autoport, the vehicle could not be deliver We purchased a 2015 Hyundai Sante Fe however with the logistical issues caused by weather conditions at the Autoport, the vehicle could not be delivered to meet the lease return date of our previous vehicle. Jonathan Plummer and Rodney Greenlaw made sure that we were not without transportation during that intervening period of 2 weeks. I've never experinced anything like that before. Awesome! More
Very positive reaction to our concerns We have just traded our 2011 Santa Fe for a 2015 Santa Fe. We looked at several models and chose a 2015 Santa Fe SE with the 2.0T engine. The car wa We have just traded our 2011 Santa Fe for a 2015 Santa Fe. We looked at several models and chose a 2015 Santa Fe SE with the 2.0T engine. The car was very well equipped and we worked a deal with the salesman and the sales manager. We signed the contract and arranged a time for delivery. However, something was just not right. After much discussion, my wife and I reached the conclusion that we were not happy with either the chosen car or the deal. Both involved compromises that bothered us. We returned to the dealership and had a discussion with the sales manager (Steve Faith) and the salesman (Jonathon Plummer). Our message was "wrong car, wrong deal" Their response: "No problem, Whatever we can do to make the deal right, we will do". We changed our selection to a 2015 Santa Fe Limited and named our price. They agreed with both. We signed a new contract, took delivery of the vehicle and drive off. We were very happy with the way the dealership reacted to our concerns and accommodated our change of heart. And, by the way, we are very happy with the Santa Fe Limited. More
