New car, GREAT! having to go through the process was not something I was looking forward to. I was a little stressed. That stress didn't last long once I met Jeff Black. He handled everything with ease, asking me what I was looking for specifically and making sure he stayed within my budget. He even went above and beyond by sending me links to cars that fit my description. At first I wanted another VW and I was dead set on having another one. Once he started telling me a little bit about the Hyundai Elantra and their amazing features, it didn't take long for me to get hooked. Took it for a drive and that was it, I was sold. Jeff was so laid back and he didn't put any pressure on me to buy anything. He provided me with all the information I needed but didn't make it feel overwhelming at all. Over the top service Our dealer was John Nole. My mother happen to be in the service department and asked John if he had any 7 seaters, that same day John emailed us the Our dealer was John Nole. My mother happen to be in the service department and asked John if he had any 7 seaters, that same day John emailed us the info about the SUV and we came to view it. At the same time we were dealing with the bank for a renewal mortgage and asked John to hold the SUV until we finished the approval. John was great we text every day, he was very patient with us. After a week he suggests we go speak with Rodney to start the application, we still were not sure what to do, Rodney gave some info that helped us with the renewal mortgage and we bought the SUV. All the work John did for us the holding the Vehicle and working with us with the price ,the experience was priceless. Rodney’s help greatly helped with our mortgage and hopeful we will get to finish our home the way we want because of the information he gave us .
