First Time Buyer. I recently bought my first used car with Hyundai Dartmouth, I got to work with Kevin Clark. So my parents were keeping an eye out for a new car for my I recently bought my first used car with Hyundai Dartmouth, I got to work with Kevin Clark. So my parents were keeping an eye out for a new car for myself and what the prices were like and all that. They decided to stop by Oregan's and see what they had in store. Fortunately they found a black Mazda similar to the one I wanted, but Kevin came right over to them and I wasn't there so he listened to what they had to say and offered an even better car that I might like instead. The next day I came over to see the car when it was closed and was pretty much in love. It was everything that I really wanted in a car and an amazing price as well. We booked a test drive the next day which was a Monday and it didn't take much convincing I wanted that car. Kevin was very thorough and new his stuff. He was very efficient and got things done in no time. We decided to come back the next day to pick up the car so it would give them time to detail it and make sure all the paper work was ready. Came to buy the car the next day, an hour later Kevin was changing the license plates and I was on my way! He was very complete on showing me everything about the car even a few negatives which made it a very authentic experience and not making it seem as though everything was perfect..Like some dealers. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used car! Wonderful to deal with. More

Even though we live in Tantallon the trip to Dartmouth is worth the amazing service that you receive. Just when we thought it could not get any better Jeff Black became our Salesman. He is a really great guy who obviously loves what he does and as the customer's interest at heart. He made the process easier then it has ever been and even followed up a few days after we drove off the lot to see how we were doing. He is easy to talk to and really knows his stuff. If you are in Dartmouth Hyundai ask for Jeff!! Pat in finance was great to deal with too. He was not at all pushy and a really nice guy. Great work guys. More
Easy, stress free and enjoyable experience. When we went into buy a car, we were both nervous, as this was the first car we had ever purchased new. It has been a very long time since I purchased a new car, and so I was also fortunate to have a friend accompany me through the experience so all involved were informed I was on strict budget and a heart's desire for that something special that I hoped I could manage, and as you know, sometimes these two things don't line up! However, Pamela Turner (together with the financial assistance of Pat Allen), these two outstanding staff enabled a sale of a pretty little red Elantra that I've become a very grateful owner of. The overall experience was positive, uplifting, fun and simply a good learning opportunity too! Thank you Pamela Turner and Pat Allen. This was a great first car experience and was happy with all of the service. I would recommend Jonathan as a salesman to friends and felt that Tiffany really explained the whole buying experience. Disappointing lesson learned We, my wife and I, are relatively new customers of this dealership having purchased her 2014 Elantra approximately a year and a half ago. My wife is t We, my wife and I, are relatively new customers of this dealership having purchased her 2014 Elantra approximately a year and a half ago. My wife is the only driver of the car and as a result it still has relatively low mileage on it, currently at 22,000 kms. Today when she took the car in for a routine oil change the service person up-sold her to an unnecessary brake check. They told her the brakes should be checked, cleaned and lubricated to make sure there is nothing wrong that could lead to more costly repairs in the future. So a visit that should have been a simple oil change ended up costing $172.00 That IS NOT the appropriate way to operate a dealership and we do not forget. Basically this has ruined a potentially long term relationship. More
