Service exceeded my expectation I bought a 2016 vechile from a Honda dealership in Oakville. The AC system of the car failed after two weeks. I brought it in to fix and patiently waited for several hours for it to be fixed. This scenerio actually happened two more times after the initial repair. The weather was very hot and humid during that time and it was very frustrating to drive. And I was told the dealership cannot do anything for me. And suggested me to contact Honda Canada. Disappointingly even Honda Canada did not care about my concern and never returned my call. At this point I vowed I will never buy Honda again even though I have been driving Honda for the last thirty years. A coworker recommended me to bring the vehicle to Highway 7 Honda. I was attended by Patricia and a technician. He came back with 15 minutes and told me that the condenser was leaking. Patricia was very helpful and professional and figured out that the part is actually under waranty. She told me it will not cost me a penny and will be fixed within a few hours. I was so surprised and in disbelief after my experience from the other dealership. I brought the car back the next day and it was totally fixed within three hours. Everyone there was pleasant and professional. Their service restored my loyalty in Honda. Thanks again to Highway 7 Honda. More

Beware of $349 Hidden Fee We bought a used car from Number 7 Honda. We were never told of this $349 hidden fee until we noticed. It's some kind of warranty if your car get stol We bought a used car from Number 7 Honda. We were never told of this $349 hidden fee until we noticed. It's some kind of warranty if your car get stolen the dealership will pay you $5000. But they need to inform you about it not just add it to the price quietly. When we questioned why it was not told before the purchase all they said was it's charged to everyone at Number 7 Honda. Just not fair. More
Zero Customer Service I went in to test drive a new vehicle. I had done as much research on the vehicle online as I could have and wanted to actually see the vehicle and to I went in to test drive a new vehicle. I had done as much research on the vehicle online as I could have and wanted to actually see the vehicle and to test drive it to experience its performance. I was shown the vehicle inside the dealership, I then requested a test drive. I was told there was not a vehicle available for test drive at that moment however I could come back in two days at 9am and it would be available. I explained that I would be working at that time but after being assured the vehicle would be available I rescheduled my morning appointments and confirmed with the dealer that I would be coming in on that date. So, the date arrives and I go to the dealership for a test drive however the vehicle is not available to be driven and am given the runaround. I requested to speak to management to convey my frustration. A manager arrives after 5 minutes, does not give his name, and asks what the problem is. I explained the situation to the manager, stressing my lost work day. To my surprise not only was no apology offered but the manager's reply was "In life, stuff happens". More
