Every time we brought in our little Civic to Honda 7 for services, we checked out the showroom, hoping one day we could pick-up a 2nd car. Johnny has been very helpful, always friendly and up-beat. He provided us information and details about the current models of the vehicles. Johnny was very patience with us, even though we told him that we're only looking and hoping to buy one day. We promised to come back to him if we decided to buy a vehicle. Two Saturdays ago, we came back and bought a 2012 CRV Touring from Johnny, and picked up the CRV last week. Again he’s very attentive, went over the details of the vehicle, how to operate and use the navigation, etc… Thanks for all your help and patience, Johnny!!! Stephanie & Stephen More

When checking the car mileage before reaching the This happened during picking up my used Accord 2013 EX-L at Number 7 Honda dealer (Ontario, Canada). When checking the car mileage before reaching the deal, the mileage shown on the car was a little bit more than 28,000 Km. And when i deposited $1000 to put the car on hold, I also get the yellow paper which showed the mileage as 28,076 km. Unfortunately this paper was taken by the manager when I found down the mileage difference between what is written on the paper and the odometer When I picked up the car and received the Safety Standards Certificate, the mileage was shown on the paper as 28,858 Km and the mileage was actually shown on the odometer as 28,915 Km. On the other hand, the Vehicle Information Form (yellow paper) showed only 28,076 Km (I still have this paper). My salesman explained me that it could be a mistake, but this was not convincing me. Thus, the manager came to talk to me and claimed that the mileage was NOT 28,076 km which was seen with my own eyes and also written on the Vehicle Information Form. On the other hand, the manager, he did not explain why this would happen. Instead, he treated me like a lier and told me to get full refund (the deposit of $1000). After that,he quickly took the paper that I got when deposited $1000 and got back to his cubicle. I was pissed off since everything such as insurance, bank draft, license, etc. was ready. However, my salesman treated me fairly and he accepted to give me the floor mats. I purchased a certified used honda with my trade in. One week later i started hearing noises coming from the rear end. so i decided to take it into service so they can look at it. the service advisor came b week later i started hearing noises coming from the rear end. so i decided to take it into service so they can look at it. the service advisor came back telling me that i need a new muffler because this one was damaged and there was a patch put over it. i told them i just purchased this car last week and i know nothing about this muffler. basically accusing me of damaging and patching muffler. they would not cover it. all i know is that if this is the way they sell used cars and to rip off their customers then no big deal! i wont be back. avoid this dealership at all costs. Chuck was on vacation when i noticed that i had over payed with my bank draft when i called the General Manager Nelson Caetano he told me that a refund was already mailed to me at first i didn´t believe him but when i got home that evening my wife told me a cheque for a thousand dollars had come from Number 7 honda! i was impressed! This dealership lies. Plain and simple, they lie. I received a letter in the mail offering me the UNIQUE opportunity to trade in my existing leased vehicle for a new one. The letter stated that this i received a letter in the mail offering me the UNIQUE opportunity to trade in my existing leased vehicle for a new one. The letter stated that this is a unique opportunity and that I was one of the select few that were contacted to take advantage of this sale. The letter stated that I can upgrade my 2008 leased Honda Civic to a 2012 Honda Civic lease at no extra cost. In addition I would get .99% finacing and up to $4000 cash back. When I went to dealership to follow through first Nelson Gaetano, the manager, told me this sale was over 1 month ago. Then Chuck Via, his lapdog, told me the sale was over 2 weeks ago. In addition there was no date on the letter. Who knows when this sale was if it ever existed. No date on the letter and the sales teams cannot agree on a date. As for the cash back, according to Nelson, it only applied to Honda CR-V's. When I considered getteing one of those and asked how much they cost, I was told the cash back it only applies to 2011 CR-Vs. Meanwhile there were a dozen Civics in the showroom with $1500 cash back painted on the windshield. When I asked about these, I was told the cash only applies if the vehicle was purchased and not leased. Yet the letter specifically stated 2012 Leased Honda Civics in regards to cash back. The .99% low interest rate was the rate Hond Canada was offering everybody so there was nothing unique about that. Finally, what the letter did not mention about thie special "Upgrade Sale" was that I would have still had to pay for cancelling my existing lease. These guys are nothing but a bunch of unethical dishonest people. Do not trust anything they say. The worst part is that they came to me. They sought me out in my own home with this offer. More
Avoid this dealership if you dont want your car to get damaged! This is the worst customer service I ever got! Here is my story: I brought my Honda in to this dealership to get some minor work done damaged! This is the worst customer service I ever got! Here is my story: I brought my Honda in to this dealership to get some minor work done like the spark plugs and an emission test. Once the job was complete I got my car back and I noticed a large crack on my windshield! This crack is so big that I would need to change the whole windshield!!!! I went back to the dealership 10 min later to show the crack and was told that they would get back to me the next day because the sales manager wasnt available and was told not to worry because they would fix it free of charge. So noone called me the next day and I called them myself and I was told that the sales manager is not in and I would have to leave a message. So I did. No calls for 2 days! So I called again left another voicemail even though the receptionist said that the sales manager is in, he just didnt want to speck to me! Overall,this dealership is full of crooks that will rip you off for the job that they cant do! I went there because it is a Honda dealrship thinking even if I pay more the job would be done right!!! Yeah, they've done it right! Avoid this dealership at all costs! More
We have had a terrible experience with this dealership. Upon our sale we had certain upgrades as part of our deal and why we decided to lease our vehicles and go with this dealership. When we picked up our cars neither were completed with the extras that were part of our leasing contract/deal. We decided that we would bring the cars back at a later date to have these installations completed. However, the dealership made this impossible since they would not return our phone calls. Once we finally were able to speak with someone, they were very defensive and gave us attitude right from the beginning of the conversation. We went to the sales manager, which was no help and then the general manager, which was also no help. It has been over a month and we are still trying to get our upgrades installed. Every time we call and finally get someone, they never know what we are talking about. No employee ever writes anything down or takes the time to have any general concern in your situation. This leaves us very unhappy. We wish that we had given our business to another dealership. We have never been treated so poorly. They continually show us how irresponsible, unprofessional and unreliable they are at ever encounter. More
