Great dealership number 7 honda. I was shopping around for buying SUV. I went to few Car dealers and doing research in my laptop. I checked many SUVs. One Saturday I went to Number 7 Honda dealer at 5555 Hwy 7, Woodbridge. I met a sales consultant Zack Khosho. made me very comfortable in making my decision by sharing his frank opinion about the choices that I was considering. I got courteous and friendly service throughout working with him. I wanted to test drive a CRV. I loved the new models and colours. When I showed up at Number 7 Honda, Zack Khosho took me for a test drive and I realized that the CRV touring model was going to be my next vehicle. I was very impressed with the quality and level of service he offered. Even though He was pretty busy with customers. I am recommending this dealership for the excellent service, professionalism and courtesy that I received. I wouldn't recommend this dealership Recently I have purchased a 2016 Honda CR-V from this dealership. I was very disappointed by their service. I asked them if they could also give me ma Recently I have purchased a 2016 Honda CR-V from this dealership. I was very disappointed by their service. I asked them if they could also give me mats for free with my purchase of the CR-V. They agreed with the offer and were willing to provide the mats. When I went to pick up my car, the agent that I had bought the car from wasn't there to assist me so they sent another agent. I noticed that there were no mats in the CR-V and asked the agent. However, he said only the previous agent can give me the mats. I was fine with that because I had his phone number and could ask him about the mats at a later date. I called and texted the agent several times and was told that he would provide them next week. This went on for almost a month and at the end he said that my deal was good enough and that he wouldn't give me the mats. I don't mind purchasing the mats, but what was really annoying and disappointing was that I was promised something, was told time and time again I would get it, and did not receive it. More
