Falsifing a service report My 2018 F150 went in for its first oil change, Supplied my own oil (Amsoil signature series 5w-30 and oil filter). 2- 4litre jugs were supplied by me. My 2018 F150 went in for its first oil change, Supplied my own oil (Amsoil signature series 5w-30 and oil filter). 2- 4litre jugs were supplied by me. Oil capacity states 5.7 l for the3.5 EB. When i got the truck home we started to pack up the truck for our 300klm trip to the cottage when i noticed the volume of oil left in the remaining 4lire jug.There should have been just a shade over half the jug left. 4litres plus 1.7 litres out of the second jug. The second jug was almost FULL, that cant be i asked myself, so i pop the hood pull out the dip stick and almost had a heart attack. THE OIL DIDNT EVEN MAKE IT UP TO THE FIRST HOLE ON THE DIP STICK. Heres where it gets interesting, i phoned the dealership and asked to speak to Mike (the tech who serviced my new 60K truck. Mike i said did you not check the dip stick when you changed my oil. " i dont need to check the dip stick because i know how much oil i put in". I was floored, i said you were almost 2L short. His reply was i thought they were 5L jugs and i thought it was a different engine. They took my vin # on entry and had all the info on my truck including my engine size.If this info is passed on to the tech and he ignors it he doesnt know what he is servicing. What really ticks me off is everything was checked off OK on the service report including the engine oil when it was clearly not OK. Apparently this tech has 20+ years of expeirience . How do i even know if anything was even inspected and not just check off everything because its a 2018. These new hi tech engines with turbo require suffcient oil especially the turbos, I just dread having driven 300kms with not enough oil in the engine. How many other customers vehicle has this guy serviced and not check things because it is a new vehicle. I love my truck and need it to last a long time and this was not a good start on its FIRST scheduled inspection. Would love to hear back a reply from Northway ford. I showed him a deal I found on internet and he took me into his manager office and got a better deal than online 😀 picked and drove the truck I liked and signed papers that day. I was asked when I wanted to pick up truck I asked if it could be ready for Saturday morning and they said no problem but Friday I called and asked if I could pick up truck Friday afternoon and they did plus Arongat was off that day and came in to still fill in paperwork on his day off I really appreciated that so would recommend him and that dealership 👍thank you More

We chatted for a bit and then decided to take a 2018 model for a drive. Well needless to say we purchased the vehicle. Our decision was due to Chad and the dealership offering us a trade in value we couldn’t refuse. Chad takes the haggle out of haggle. He promised us on our first visit that he would do his very best to get us the best possible offer for our personal needs, and he delivered. We live in Toronto, and we were visiting family in Brantford when we decided to visit Northway Ford Lincoln to gather information as we decide on a new vehicle. Riley greeted us with a friendly handshake and smile in the parking lot, and helped direct us to the type of vehicles we would like and need the most. We decided the 2018 Ford Escape was the vehicle we were most interested in, and he moved forward with his wealth of information about the Escape. Riley was very knowledgeable, he answered all of our questions, and he was simply so likable, we were tempted to purchase on the spot. We took the information he provided back to our home Ford dealerships in Toronto/GTA, and although they too were able to make incredible offers, none of the sales people we dealt with had the charisma, patience and honesty of Riley. We took our best offer from the Toronto dealership to Riley (on a vehicle that had one upgrade of sensory detection more than the Escape at Northway), and he and his manager, Mike Pizzuti matched it (minus the amount for the sensory detection upgrade). Not only was it the best offer for what we were looking for, but it was also with the right salesperson. I should also note, Riley made several calls for us while he was off duty, which also demonstrated his selfless desire to provide the absolute best customer experience in addition to an admirable and dedicated work ethic. Overall, we are so very pleased with the high-caliber customer service, and the beautiful new Escape we drove off the lot. Thank you Riley, Mike and the rest of the team at Northway Ford Lincoln. We would be happy to recommend Northway Ford Lincoln to everyone and anyone in our networks. It was more than worth the drive from Toronto. More
