Terrible service and empty promises. I waited in the waiting area for 45 min when I went to pick up my car, my sales person left for the day with out telling me. I had to as another sales person where my car is when I can leave? He called my sales person on speaker phone and he said he left for the day. The person I spoke with pointed at the lot and said that's your care right? I said yes I think so and he said sure you can leave take it. I spoke with the sales person and the business manager about putting new tires on the vehicle and after I signed the contract they both forgot all about the deal it was verbal I wish I put it in writing but I felt like we had an understanding and the day before I picked up the car I was told there will not be new tires on the SUV which I openly told them I am buying for my family and safety was the most important thing to me. I felt cheated and wronged in this deal> I have nothing good to say about North way Ford and the way they conducted business with me. More
