Absolutely terrible experience with this dealership. We found the exact vehicle we wanted in stock here - we were initially told it was an order and that they had to contact the person who ordered it to se found the exact vehicle we wanted in stock here - we were initially told it was an order and that they had to contact the person who ordered it to see if they were still interested in buying it. We ended up speaking with someone else who advised us that this was not the case, and that the vehicle is available, however they will not sell it to us since we do not have a vehicle to trade in. How is a family supposed to purchase a second vehicle if they are requiring you to make a trade to buy something? Absolutely absurd business practice. We understand it's a competitive market for vehicles right now due to inventory shortages, but it's downright offensive to refuse to sell to someone because they don't have anything to trade in. Save yourself the headache and shop literally anywhere else. More
