I bought my first car here a week ago. I test drove some cars at other dealerships and the salesperson never went with me. Absolutely horrible experience from start to end. Northway Ford is clearly only in the business of making a sale, not making sure theirs clients are safe and happy. I purchased my car in December, Northway Ford is clearly only in the business of making a sale, not making sure theirs clients are safe and happy. I purchased my car in December, on the terms that the window tint and some scratches would be fixed, the "Sales Manager" agreed to the repairs. Picked up my car a week later - only thing that had been fixed was the tint, I had to sit around and wait for the to just glob some paint on the scratches after I had been rushed through paper work. I noticed the breaks weren't working right and there was an awful clucking coming from my back tires. After holidays and my family going through being sick with COVID, I had time to call Ford. They were great, said bring it in and we'll check it out. I said perfect, Ill get you to do my winter tires as well. They assured me there were no issues, brakes looked great, they did some rust cutting but there was lots of life left. Fast forward another month and my brakes are worse and the sound is only getting worse. I can barely stop and it sounds like my tires are going to fall off my car. I take it to another mechanic as Ford said all was good.... No, it wasn't "all good" I was missing the caliper pins and this has now caused damage to my shocks. Ford said bring it in - after they checked it out, they said they replaced the pin and all was well and for your trouble we will comp you an oil change.... I didn't even make it out of the parking lot. Can barely stop and sound is still there. Assist Manager Jerry says "I drove it for 10kms its fine, lets go for a ride." We didn't even make it out of the parking lot and Jerry said "oh that shouldn't sound like that, bring it back in" They didn't have a rental so I had to drive again with the sound and bad brakes until Friday (2days later) Brought it back in, they got me a rental - No one called me Friday, so by 4:30 I called to see what was going on... they said oh right, we had to replace the front brakes, they were cracked. Lets leave it til Monday" Picked it up Monday, Jerry said - there may be a sound for a few days but it will go away. The sound is still there, just as loud as before, my steering now tight, my alignment is off, my brakes still not working..... I've called and left messages... guess what no one has called me back.... shocker.. This car should have never passed a safety - they refuse to listen to my concerns when I come in, nothing has been fixed... Northway Ford are absolute crooks. More

I'd searched the internet with a fine tooth comb but was very reluctant to really get out there. I came across the ad for a used Kia Sportage and called. From the second Stacey picked up the phone I felt comfortable and at ease. That night I looked at the vehicle, took it for a test drive and then sat down with Stacey. It wasn't how I pictured purchasing a vehicle as we not only talked about the SUV and it's history, but shared personal stories as we chatted and had a few laughs. Overall, I felt in good hands; like I was being treated as one of the family and that I was making the right decision. Thank you Stacey and everyone at Northway Ford.
