In May we purchased a 2013 Ford Edge and we dealt with Joe, when my fiance and I made the decision that it was time to trade in my 09 Focus there was no question as to where we would be going or who we wanted to deal with. We have also felt very comfortable with Joe and have trusted him from the start, he has never pressured us into making a decision or tried to sale us something that was out of our comfort zone. Joe is always up front and honest in what he is selling, he takes his time to ensure that he fully explains the vehicle that you are looking at and will make recommendations on what he feels in his professional opinion is the better fit. Joe always takes the time to listens to our wants and needs and goes out of his way to try and find a car that accommodates you. When we went into Ford today Joe spent over an hour with us and at one point did we feel that he was being bother by us or are million and one questions. Did not matter what we asked, how many times we wanted to look at a different car, or what we wanted to test drive he went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and ensure that we had a good experience. When we reached out to Ford it was amazing to see that Joe not only remembered us but remembered the small things about us and it truly made us feel more then just a sales number. Joe truly defines what customer service should look like, though we are now the owners of two 2013 Ford Vehicles and will not be looking to purchase another one for several years, I hope that when the time comes we can return to Ford and continue to deal with Joe as it is truly hard to find a sales man of his nature. More

92 merc. grand marquis 102 kms ac went on a trip blew warm. John Hughes quoted a fair price and then it ran well over as it was really bad so had to bit the bullet and spend extra. He was very knowledgeable, patient and put up with our many questions. Joe does not portray the stereotypical "Car Salesman" who can be pushy, overbearing and give ultimatums.
