Great dealership with no sales pressure I recently purchased a 2011 Ford Fiesta S from this dealership and would recommend them to anyone. Customer service is one of the best I've experienced. The sales department is great for anyone that is looking for a vehicle. The salespeople are never pushing you into a purchase and are more then helpful when answering any questions. After taking possession of the car, I found out that my car had snow tires. When I told Rob Farrington, he quickly rectified the issue by ordering 4 new tires and with no cost to me. They even let me keep the snow tires that were on the vehicle as well. More

Great Service and Sales experience Chris Lye is a great salesperson to work with when purchasing a vehicle. As a long time service department customer we only chose to buy here due to Chris Lye is a great salesperson to work with when purchasing a vehicle. As a long time service department customer we only chose to buy here due to the excellent service received but Northway also provided good selection and pricing. There was no pressure to purchase or attempt to upgrade our selection. Chris Lye in sales and Elise Bradford Business Manager were friendly and helpful making the entire process enjoyable. Their enthusiasm is infectious. We highly recommend Northway and all of their employees as great people to work with. More

No Pressure or Hovering We were in need of another vehicle. We did a lot of research and decided to look at some Ford Escapes from Northway Ford. We did an inquiry on one We were in need of another vehicle. We did a lot of research and decided to look at some Ford Escapes from Northway Ford. We did an inquiry on one of the vehicles listed and Chris called right away to answer any questions. When told that we were coming in for a test drive, Chris was very helpful and stated that he would have the vehicle ready for us. When we arrived, Chris was correct to his word. We were allowed to test drive a couple of Escapes, with absolutely NO pressure. This gave us a chance to fully experience the vehicle and helped us on deciding which Escape to purchase. Again, there was NO pressure on working out the sale which was further enhanced with our visit with Dave for financing. We picked up our "new" 2013 Escape yesterday and have just fallen head over heals in love with it. Thanks to all at Northway Ford who helped us. More

Fantastic and friendly service! We bought a used Ford Flex from the folks at Northway. They were all very friendly and approachable, which made the buying experience really great. It was a much better experience that we had with the other dealers we visited in Toronto. We arrived, test drove the car, and bought all within an hour. Something just doesn't feel ( or look ) right Took my car in for service (recall). They say they replaced both of my tail lights under a recall notice - no charge. That night noticed the exact sam Took my car in for service (recall). They say they replaced both of my tail lights under a recall notice - no charge. That night noticed the exact same problem, Upon a second visit it was determined that one tail light had a shorted wire. They fixed the short and supposedly replaced one of the tail lights again. Now it works properly. You think they would have noticed this the 1st time since I've had the exact same short for almost a year now. It's wasn't intermittent, it was consistent. Upon further investigation, I noticed the other tail light ( they supposedly replaced the first time) had residue car wax similar to when I last waxed the car, last year. You can easily see the difference between the "new" tail light and the other one that "was replaced" two weeks ago, Maybe they ship new tail lights to look like 4 year old ones and place wax on the rim to make it blend in. More

He is a all around good person and trading in and choosing the vehicle very easy even with my busy schedule. Definitely would buy another vehicle .
