Very Impressed! Emailed the dealership and Chris jumped on it! We arrived and the Escape was sitting out front as promised to go for a test drive and it after that the deal was done. Everything was as promised with the pricing just as we discussed, no games and everyone was on the ball! I would highly recommend Chris who works in a very professional manner and he went out of his way to make things go smooth, as did Dave Miller and Elise Bradford for the final transaction of the vehicle transfer. As I went to highschool with Chris I knew he would treat me great from the st I was a first time car buyer when I came into northway early last month. I had the pleasure of dealing with Dave and Elise in the finance office due to some vacation time. Dave first and Elise after Dave left on his trip, without skipping a beat Elise knew all the details to my buy and was very helpful in getting me my car as soon as possible. Awesome Understanding Care Paul has always been our " Go to Man" at Ford but since he was not there we where able to meet Chris!
