Christmas Gift I purchased a pre-owned Ford Ranger for my husband for Christmas and dealt with Chris Birley. He was upbeat, personable, and eager to do all that was I purchased a pre-owned Ford Ranger for my husband for Christmas and dealt with Chris Birley. He was upbeat, personable, and eager to do all that was needed to see that my gift would be well received. (what man wouldn't want a truck for Christmas!) Needless to say, my husband was thrilled! There was a part I asked to be replaced which was done and there were some scratches on the finish I asked to have covered. The latter was not well done due to the quality of the sub contractor and I expressed my displeasure, which Chris passed along. As the weather got hot we discovered that the air conditioning did not work. Chris had the repairs done at no cost to us and now my husband is once again a "happy camper". I would certainly deal with Chris again in the future. He did an excellent job on my behalf and I found the dealership to be efficient and well run. Many thanks, More

Let Chad Murphy help "Escape" with a new SUV I recently purchased a 2017 Ford Escape from Chad Murphy at Northway Ford in Brantford, to say the service he provided was great would be an understat I recently purchased a 2017 Ford Escape from Chad Murphy at Northway Ford in Brantford, to say the service he provided was great would be an understatement. Chad was extremely patient with me throughout the entire sales process. Chad went above and beyond to deliver me the vehicle I wanted, and below my actual budget I provided to him. Chad was and has been available to answer any questions regarding the Escape I purchased and even offered to set up my phone with the Sync system. When I picked up the Escape, I noticed a small mark on the door. Chad immediately went to action to contact the Manager who arranged an appointment within 48 hours to repair. As a female with limited knowledge about cars, and a complete detest for the art of negotiation, I felt that Chad took the extra time to ensure that he was explaining things so I would have a complete understanding of the features. I never felt pressure throughout the process to purchase the Escape, and when Chad broke down the final cost with discounts (Costco, Ford Employee Pricing, etc) it was hard to say no to the deal. I would recommend Chad to my friends and family, and will definitely be purchasing my next vehicle from him. More

He was very aware of are wants and needs and was a great help. The deal was done without any hidden charges everything was up front and he was very honest. The dealership (at least 3 staff) stayed way past closing time on a Friday night of a long weekend to seal the deal. I will definitely recommend this dealership to others.
