Paul was not able to find us a truck that met our (very minimal) qualifications in a reasonable amount of time. we were about to lose our rental after one of our vehicles we written off and we NEEDED to find a truck ASAP. He tried to push us to take something that was not adequate to our needs and when we said refused told us we should call go to our nearest GM as they were not able to meet our needs. we had a signed purchase agreement! I think anyone would agree that is terrible customer service! More
