Additionally, they allow you to test drive a vehicle without the salesperson if you'd like so you can discuss with your spouse/shopping helper(s) what you think of the vehicle and get a real feel for it. Their slogan is "We treat you like family". I found this to be true. Chris Lye was friendly and helpful. He never made me feel pressured and was always ready and willing to answer my myriad of questions even during his off work hours. I wish I could have done business with him, it would have been a pleasure. The only reason I didn't was because another brand of vehicle better suited my personal needs. If I ever need a Ford or know somebody who does I would return to/direct them to Chris Lye. - TRM More
