Back to the future buying experience Northstar Ford Cochrane has a very pro-active and unique approach as a small town dealership. You don't get that feel anywhere else anymore. It reminded me of the good old days when my father used to purchase his snowmobiles in a small town some 200 Kms away from where we used to live just to get the "cream of the crop" customer service and appreciation. Randy encouraged me to stop by and provide feedbacks on my purchase, which I did. He gave me tips & tricks or heads-up with regards to new or upcoming products but most importantly convinced me that the brand switch was the right thing to do!!
