I had agreed to do a form of the Fords flex payment plan but through a bank. A lump sum is paid at the beginning of each year and then monthly payments are lower. When the first payment was credited from my account, how surprised was I to find out that they had lumped my "lump sum" payment divisibly into my monthly payment. When I called to see about this, I was told that this is what I agreed to. NOT!!!!!! Will never buy from here again. More
