Buying a new car has never been this comfortable I don"t purchase a new vehicle very often so I get a little stressed out by the entire process. We quickly felt at ease , my wife always has a number of questions and if Lucas wasn't sure of the answer he soon had it for us We don't make decisions like this on the spot and over the next few days we never really felt pressured. When we finally pulled the trigger and bought our new Rogue we found the rest of the staff just as friendly and helpful. Many thanks to Holly , Shawn and Shawn Jr. They laid out our options for service and extended warranties very clearly.
