Was given the suv for the night and then again said no...... and the whole time under pressure always told someone else was looking to buy the same suv. Would not recomend dealership... also finacing staff was really rude. Really happy with my kia. More

My first contact was with the assistant manager Tyson Remmelg. He connected me with one amazing sales associate Lucas Cyr.Lucas is very knowledgeable about their line of vehicles.He made and sent me a video outlining the main features of our favourite vehicle there. We continued to check out a few other vehicles at other dealerships. Never once was there pressure. We came back to test drive the Rogue and purchased it. My husband was pleased that it did not take all day to finalize the process. We were on our way in just over four hours. Working with the finance manager John Beck was also a pleasant experience. He really understood what I was looking for with warranty and answered questions honestly. Lucas gave us a tour of the service department where we were introduced to Junior who helped us feel even more comfortable with the decision to purchase from Northland Nissan.
