I made my final payment in house at Northland Nissan. Kyle Wilson took my money but never sent it which led to collections trying to take my paid for truck. Peter Sia admitted that they sat on my money for months and never sent it and not only refused to email me a follow up regarding their mistake but laughed at me for wanting it in writing that they eventually did send the money. How can someone treat a client so poorly, to the point of laughing at them for wanting a confirmation of a bill paid, be awarded the service awards he’s received as well as be placed in a position of authority like that? After what he put me through, I will never buy from them ever again or recommend them. I literally had to begin pressing charges of theft before he would make the payment. Avoid this dealership at all cost! Nothing but egotistical crooks! Absolutely shameful excuse of a human being. More
Test drive went well and the salesperson was helpful and friendly. Things went downhill when the sales manager sat down with us. The truck had a few mechanical defects. The most serious was it urgently need friendly. Things went downhill when the sales manager sat down with us. The truck had a few mechanical defects. The most serious was it urgently needed new brakes (according to the inspection report they showed us). Sales manager said this 7,000 lb truck is safe as is despite rusty rotors, calipers and nearly worn out brake pads. We walked out in disbelief and will never visit this dealership again. More

Lisa Friesen was not even on duty yet and I asked her questions and she was there with a smile! And of course, Shawn is soooo helpful whenever I bring my vehicle in for any service. At first I was impressed I don't really know what to say. At first, during the actual buying experience, I was quite impressed and happy. However, I then realized a few things I don't really know what to say. At first, during the actual buying experience, I was quite impressed and happy. However, I then realized a few things. First: My phone I can't plug in my phone via the usb cable, as my phone isn't compatible with my car. They could have done a simple search and just let me know that. That alone isn't a big deal, except that when I plug in my phone via USB just to charge it (which it might charge 50% during a 6 or 7 hour drive), it dings every 20-30 minutes, telling me that it's not compatible. Second: My tires I said that I wanted tires thrown in with my car. My salesman said sure, not a problem. However, I am not a car person, I don't deal with mechanics or anything. I've never bought a new car before. So when I said tires, what I meant was, full tires. IE, on rims. He did not in any way clarify what I meant. So after I realized this, I emailed somebody, just the email icon off of their facebook page, so I don't actually know who I was talking too. He got defensive and told me that it was just a misunderstanding, and to talk to my salesman. So, when I went in to get my car alarm installed, I asked him. He too told me that it was a misunderstanding. No suggestions or anything offered to rectify his misunderstanding. That was the end of that. So now, their little 'misunderstanding' is costing me money twice a year to have my tires switched over (otherwise, I could have just gotten my brother to switch them at home). Third: My car starter. I really should have just did my own shopping and chose my own starter. This one, I have to be almost beside the car to get it to start. It will sometimes not do anything, start, or, set off some kind of alarm (which I don't even know that my car has). So this starter really is kind of useless. Fourth: My car payments. My car payments are set to come out on fridays. So during the weekend, I just assumed that the payments were taken out. Sometimes, however, they weren't. So then I would use my debit card over the weekend, then on monday when the payments did come out, I was overdrawn. This happened 4 times, so I have spent on NSF charges the equivalent of one whole car payment. I have phoned them and emailed them (including screen shots of when the payments came out later then when I agreed, ie monday vs friday). They do not seem concerned about fixing that, or reimbursing my nsf charges that they caused. When I started this review, I clicked 3 stars and that I would recommend, but now, after seeing everything written down, I cannot do that.
