Yesterday, I told my shuttle driver and briefly to Shawn that if my car wasn’t done before 12:30 when I was done class to call me and let me know as I didn’t want to be picked up if it wasn’t ready. Shawn said it wouldn’t be a problem when I asked if my car would be done by then. I got there around 12:45 and he told me 30 mins. I sat in the waiting area for 40mins for something that only takes 20mins and then to come out to a wet and still dirty car where the other cars in service were sparkly clean was annoying... That makes it what, over half a dozen times I’ve left upset?? To find out later from someone else that my car was “just forgotten” is ridiculous. Now, you definitely have my cellphone number on file so I don’t understand why you’d be calling somewhere else to get ahold of me. A free oil change or tire changeover won’t make up for it anymore because I won’t be stepping a foot back into your dealership. I’d rather pay to get better service elsewhere. You’ve made my first car experience in general a real shame and that has really put a cloud over the enjoyment of having it from the start.
