The Service Manager Trevor kindly addressed my issues by inspecting the vehicle and appropriately explaining the matters of concern with professional courtesy this morning. The right oil was put in and the leak of black fluid was from the muffler, which I did not know. It's a relief for me. I will recommend this dealer for service with a five-star rating and I will go back there myself. Thanks a bunch Trevor.

Hi Raimondas, Thanks for sharing your experience. A deal was reached with you in person while you were at the dealership. Then the following week, you felt that the deal was not good enough and you wanted us to give you new wheels for free. That is not something we can do unfortunately, but we did give you an additional discount to try and help you out. Then when you came back in to sign paperwork, you asked about all weather mats. Tony let you know that since we discounted the vehicle significantly, we could not throw in all weather mats as well. This was before you even signed papers for the vehicle, so you could have walked away if you were not satisfied. Then after signing papers you and your wife started yelling in the showroom that there was no all weather mats deliberately trying to cause a scene so we would cave in. Unfortunately, that is not the way we conduct business here. We also offered to cancel the deal entirely if you were not happy, yet all you did is yell and scream that you would roast us on social media. We have everything documented. At no time did we promise anything that we did not deliver on.

What nonsense are you talking about? I never wanted a wheel for free. Why do you promise the buyer a good deal and then hide it. There was talk of changing the original wheel to another or getting a good deal. A discount for car mats was also asked, but you were not able to answer. I think people who have their own businesses should know who they are dealing with. I will also add that I like the car, I didn't like your work. So avoid this place from afar!!!
