I had an oil change done on my Cadillac SRX on Dec 22, 2022. On the invoice, the tech entered the wrong vehicle year, the wrong licence plate number, and the wrong VIN. It was nice to get my new truck here, but honestly I didn’t get my total satisfaction when it comes to the truck i choose on your website. Even my spouse was not happy with that because we expect the other one. You may say that is the small things but that is my choice that I didn’t get. Frank Romano went over and above to first find me the truck I wanted and make the purchasing experience easy and painless. Karen in the finance department was equally helpful and pleasant. Dropped by on Tuesday to check out a used Sierra Denali (stock: U5882). Was met by salesman “Mo” (Moe?) at the front door. Mo tried finding the truck but came back a while later, stating, “Sorry, one of th (stock: U5882). Was met by salesman “Mo” (Moe?) at the front door. Mo tried finding the truck but came back a while later, stating, “Sorry, one of the ‘big bosses’ took it out of stock and home for a bit and is using it” for what I assume to be leisure. Is this a common practice? Taking product off the floor and using it personally, racking up more mileage? Anyway, wasted my time, wasted Mo’s time and ultimately brought up some questions about the practices in terms of vehicles at this dealership. Mo was rude afterward, trying to get me to look at another vehicle after I stated I’d probably return after a few days. When I went to shake his hand and refused to give my phone number to him, he replied with “Yeah, whatever”. Not sure if I want to come back. Whoever owns the dealership should have a talk with whoever took the truck out that day or for the weekend. Pretty low to use things intended for sale for your own pleasure and then returning it to the lot. More
