I paid $3,500 to cover Dent / Ding coverage and Paint/Shine/Rust proof protection. They never mentioned about any terms or condition for the coverage, when I return there to use the coverage now, they are declining the coverage. They even wasted my time for three days by repeatedly asking me to bring the car for inspection, kept with them for couple of days and they never sent the car for inspection. They asked me to bring today again and they declined the coverage finally. More
