Good price car. A few issues. I bought the Dodge Dart on a Saturday. I was promised it on Monday after 6pm. Shortly before I left to drive 1.5hours to pick it up, I received a call I bought the Dodge Dart on a Saturday. I was promised it on Monday after 6pm. Shortly before I left to drive 1.5hours to pick it up, I received a call saying it was not ready and to come Tuesday after 6pm. I then recieved a call around 5pm Tuesday sAying the part was not in and everything will be done Wednesday for sure. I picked the car up Wednesday, I was going to leave to drive home... But then I had a beeping in my car telling me a light was out. It turns out the signal was not working with the lights turned on. The men in the service department said they couldn't fix it because they close in 10 mins. I had to drop my car off for 2 hours in my home town to have this fixed, which shouldn't have been an issue in the first place. It was a socket that needs to be replaced. All the employees were nice over all, I just wish the process went a little more smoothly. More

Great Service. Some minor issues. I bought this Dodge Journey Crossroad in Oct. Price ended up a little higher than what I expected, but still good price. Everything is good except a dent I discovered on the hood the very first day I drove it home, along with some scratches at the back. I didn't call them coz I know they would not fix it anyway. Very minor issue, but still, a dent and scratches on a brand new car does not make customers extremely happy. More

I was taken aback by their "no haggle" policy, but the price that I was quoted was approximately $2000 less than other dealers' advertised prices for the same model and mileage of car, and there were absolutely no extra costs or add-ons. The list price, plus HST and $5.00 OMVIC fee, is exactly what I paid. I have bought quite a few used cars over the years - this was a pleasant surprise. When I picked up the car (it was ready to go just one day later!), it had been professionally detailed inside and out. The interior was spotless, and the engine compartment looked like new. No surprises...no problems...great service! Great service, no hassles - I definitely recommend this dealership. More
