A potential disaster could be happen , again I found another harness not properly fit , beside that the engine cover was cracked , all this for me has just one clue, not a perfect job , I've lost the level of my confidence ..... If I am being asked , do I recommend this dealer ship , I say not for heavy repair... More

Considerate, Responsive Service We purchased our 2012 Fiat from North York Fiat but have it serviced in Kingston where we live. While in Toronto for a short stay we ran into car problems and had it towed to the original dealership for service. Our service adviser was Paulo and he was excellent. He knew we were trying to get back to Kingston and kept us informed of all issues and provided time estimates whenever possible. If we lived closer we would certainly use this dealership for regular service. More

Heather let me know well in advance that the repairs were going to take longer, but let me know when the parts arrived, the stages of the repair and when my vehicle would be ready. I am not an easy person to get hold of as I travel a fair bit and am involved in meetings throughout the day. Heather was politely persistent and always very pleasant and professional to deal with.
