Beware of OIL CHANGE PRACTICE !!! BETTER COMMUNICATION REQUIRED!! When you go for an oil change this dealer fills up any fluids that are low .... this sounds like it is a bonus to yo BETTER COMMUNICATION REQUIRED!! When you go for an oil change this dealer fills up any fluids that are low .... this sounds like it is a bonus to you... BUT.... the problem is that I noticed they were adding engine coolant during an oil change. The car is only a couple of years old and under full warranty. The problem is they do not tell you that they are adding things like engine coolant. On a closed system like that, it means that coolant is usually leaking somewhere. I have had many new cars before and other dealerships have a little sheet they check off that tells you what fluids they have added during an oil change. Of course that is one way to do it .... North York Chrysler just doesn't bother to tell you. So sure enough I watched the coolant level over the next few weeks and the level is going down in the reservoir and a damp area is on the driveway. ALSO >>>> PLEASE LET YOUR STAFF KNOW THAT THE SPEED LIMIT SIGNS APPLY TO THEM TOO! I almost got run over when they came speeding through the area where you pick up your vehicle. VERY DANGEROUS!!
