Good experience We had been looking for specific features in the jeep we intended to purchase, Yasir was able to find a vehicle that suited our needs and budget witho We had been looking for specific features in the jeep we intended to purchase, Yasir was able to find a vehicle that suited our needs and budget without having to order direct from the factory (didn't want to wait the 3 months). Yasir helped us negotiate a fair price for our bi-weekly financing and took us on the test drive where we fell in love with the vehicle. Other than that we knew what we wanted, walked into the dealership, spoke to him about the vehicle we wanted and bought it. It was an easy transaction! The day we picked the Jeep up, Mario Laron filled in for Yasir (was not present at delivery due to illness). Mario was fantastic with us. He took quite a bit of time making sure we understood all the forms we were signing and he made us feel secure in our purchase decision. He took the time to make sure all the details were done correctly and his enthusiasm really made us excited to drive our new Jeep home. He took us out to the vehicle, spent about 20 minutes showing us some of the features, adding the plates etc. For someone who did not make the sale to us, he certainly went above and beyond and treated us as if we were his clients. Also want to mention Wayne, he helped us with our warranty purchase and finalized all the financing. He made us feel at ease (we were nervous as it was our first time buying a brand new car). He even went so far as to give us a follow up call just to let us know everything was approved, I think he could tell we needed the extra reassurance :) This guy knows his stuff and is extremely professional. Very happy with our experience at North York Chrysler. More

Worst experience ever !!!! I should have known better when I read some of the reviews. But I found a nice used 2011 BMW convertible which I liked. I was told that the car is ver I should have known better when I read some of the reviews. But I found a nice used 2011 BMW convertible which I liked. I was told that the car is very competitively priced and that it is a none accident vehicle. Since I don't have much knowledge on cars I asked to have a friend look over the vehicle and Michael at first insisted that this is not necessary as they are very knowledgeable with BMWs. Good thing I put my food down. My friend, who is a mechanic, found not only several scratched that were not there when doing the test drive, but he also found that the car was at least in one accident. The report they showed me of course showed clean so I have to assume that the original owner did the repair on the side. Considering it was a front damage, it probably was his fault as well. Considering they are experts with BMW they should have known and probably did know that this vehicle was in an accident. I just wonder why they keep pretending it was not in an accident. Michael promised several times to take care of the problems and I should not worry, he had of course already my down payment and my signatures. When I did not hear back from him on several emails where I asked to get the response in writing and when he did not even call me back, I went through to the sales manager, which was another joke as their receptionist is pretty rude to say the least. Only after enormous pressure I received my down payment credited back to my account and got myself out of this lousy deal. So I decided to stay away from these jokers. PS : Even the whole experience at this dealership is horrible. Their dealership is filthy and all their sales seem to run around like headless chickens. Never ever again and I would every one to stay away from these guys. More
