Terrible! Worst customer service experience EVER! Worst car dealership I have ever delt with. Rescepionist Julia and Manager have zero ability to communicate a Worst customer service experience EVER! Worst car dealership I have ever delt with. Rescepionist Julia and Manager have zero ability to communicate and have no problem lying to cover up mistakes! Gave us an estimate then only did part of the work and still charged full price with a threat to never let the vehicle leave! I have never dealt with such an unprofessional business! I will NEVER buy another Toyota from them and will NEVER have anything services there again. Worst experience ever. Manager threatened to put old parts back into car and when I accepted he confessed he didn't have them anymore. Save yourself the stress and money these scam artists are trying to get from you and NEVER deal with them! I have delt with some amazing Toyota dealers over the years but these guys are NOT one of them! More

Good and timely service Took my Rav4 in for regular servicing, which was to take 2 hours. Arranged to be transported to mall for 1.5 hours. Not impressed On Tuesday 13th November at 10:00 am took my 2018Tundra in to have air bag sensor replaced due to recall. Also requested oil change and regular mainte On Tuesday 13th November at 10:00 am took my 2018Tundra in to have air bag sensor replaced due to recall. Also requested oil change and regular maintenance if possible. Advised that it would not be ready until 3 pm. 3 pm came and I had not received a call that it was ready. I was called at 4:10 pm advising my vehicle was ready. Attended dealership and employee was on phone talking to a customer and then left to see if she could find who had called the customer from I believe. Returned and then proceeded to serve another customer who had just walked up to the counter. I have been a Toyota customer for a long time and was not impressed with the service department. A courtesy call would have been appreciated advising that my vehicle would not be ready at 3. More
