Visited Norden on July 20th, 2022, to buy 2022 GTI base model asking roughly 12k over MSRP, Norden's purchase price was 45k, MSRP is around 33k, plus added tax and other things for a total of 49k. They were trying to sell me an over priced payment instead of the purchase price. Also tried to push 2 years of free service, which I learned from another dealership VW canada is offering to all current VW owners on the purchase of most new VW's. Sales was aggressive and became heated and red faced tossing my car keys at me to the edge of his desk when I wouldn't commit to his over priced car. The next day Mark one of the sales managers called me, I told him to give me a fair price for the car and I'll sign today, while I was waiting for a call back, I called a family owned VW dealership, sales was a pleasure to deal with, they had what I wanted coming in for the correct price, I paid my deposit and my car will arrive shortly. This was the absolute worst sales experience for a woman to endure, I've used Nordens service department for the last 6 years, I'm quite happy to be done with them. More

Wouldnt honour advertised price on a used car, tried to up price with etching and make me pay for licensing. So they wouldnt honour the listed price which i offered them. And tried to add over 1000 dollar up price with etching and make me pay for licensing. So they wouldnt honour the listed price which i offered them. And tried to add over 1000 dollars in fees at point of sale. Really bad vibe from these guys, offered full price of advertisement and all these add ons and wouldnt negotiate. Probably one of the slimiest visits ive ever experienced at a dealership. Glad i didnt buy the $30,000 vehicle from them to be honest. More
I was very happy with Norden when I bought my Tiguan 3 years ago. I started getting some faults so booked an oil change and asked them to troubleshoot the faults while it was in. They fixed the problem bu years ago. I started getting some faults so booked an oil change and asked them to troubleshoot the faults while it was in. They fixed the problem but neglected to put the oil change on the work order. Somehow it was my fault for not noticing. I live a 2 hour drive away, but they wouldn’t fit me in even so. I drove home and rebooked the oil change because Jiffy Lube can’t get the oil or the filters. I booked for 11 Saturday morning. It is 2:15 and they still haven't completed an oil change I could have had done in 10 minutes at a Jiffy Lube if VW would make their parts available. More
Very poor customer service 😡 brought our Tiguan in for a service and oil change. They forgot to do the oil change. After hours of waiting had to re-book and drive back to Edmonton (we live in Edson) on our service and oil change. They forgot to do the oil change. It’s 2:06 and we were just told it will be another hour! Definitely do not recommend this dealership 😡 More

They told me to give a deposit for a conditional offer for which I could refund the day after if we changed our mind, then they said they can't give a refund and kept the money. I lost 1k for that. Don't trust Rob or Max! If I were you, I would go somewhere else. The hail damage on our car is costing us thousands! The bluetooth doesn't even work! Bought a brand new Jetta and only received one key.. they told me the spare would be shipped but it’s been over a year and nothing. When i contacted them about it they claimed the spare was given to me when told me the spare would be shipped but it’s been over a year and nothing.
