Sold my old tiguan to the dealership with their intention to sell to an interested 3rd party buyer. When 3rd party buyer backed out, the Sales Manager, Matt tried to dishonor the agreed amount on the Bill of Sale and say VW was in the right to breech contract because "no monetary transaction was yet made" this makes zero sense. He even have the audacity to offer "good news" that they found another buyer, but at a much lesser price than what the Bill of Sale was signed on. When there was mention of small claims court- this Sales Manager threatened that "VW is a big corporation and that they have lawyers on standby to fight this" What a joke of a car dealership and of a business. Needless to say- now a happy Audi owner. Poor and disappointing customer treatment VW Norden. More

I recently had a very frustrating experience with Norden car dealership that has left me feeling extremely dissatisfied. After putting down a $1000 deposit, the dealership kept my money without any justific car dealership that has left me feeling extremely dissatisfied. Despite multiple attempts to communicate with the managers Brandon and Dylan Feihle , I have been completely ignored for the past four months. The lack of communication and accountability from this dealership is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and transparency, especially when it comes to financial matters. Unfortunately, this dealership has failed to meet even the basic expectations of customer service. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this dealership to think twice before handing over any money. The lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is truly disheartening. I regret my decision to do business with this dealership and hope that by sharing my experience, others can avoid the same frustrating and disappointing outcome. Overall, my experience with this dealership has been extremely negative and I would not recommend their services to anyone. More

STAY AWAY! Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. I bought a used vehicle from Norden, paid an additional 900 to have the car “ba Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. I bought a used vehicle from Norden, paid an additional 900 to have the car “back to new” drove from Calgary to Edmonton to purchase the vehicle on the day that was arranged 10 days ahead of time when I got there the body work wasn’t finished and they said the noticed it that morning. I asked the sales guy when it was going to be done as I needed the vehicle before I returned to work (5 days later) was assured the vehicle would be ready by then and delivered to my house in Calgary. Signed the paperwork and waited until the day before the vehicle was supposed to be delivered to reach out to make sure everything was good and I couldn’t get the sales guy or the sales manager to return my calls. Got through to them the afternoon of when I was needing the car by only to be informed the car was still not ready. Postponed the delivery another 8 days because I was going out of town to work and wanted to be home to make sure everything would be good on the car. Car was delivered and the $900 I paid for the “back to new” still left a scuff in the rear quarter panel with painted over the scuff but according to the sales guy the deeper parts of the scuff couldn’t be painted. The fog lights on both sides had cracked lenses, and there was only one key when I was promised 2 keys to be coming with the vehicle. When I told the sales guy that I wasn’t happy he said well it is what it is at this point and walked away from me and drove off. Poor communication empty promises and poor body work. Not at all impressed and if I hadn’t already signed the papers I would have walked away from the deal More

Bought an older Nissan with low mileage and in fairly good shape. Vehicle inspection from Norden came back all green lights. A couple months later I found out the brakes were in horrible condition - crac good shape. Vehicle inspection from Norden came back all green lights. A couple months later I found out the brakes were in horrible condition - cracked, leaking brake lines, seized calipers, thin drums and had to do a complete brake-job plus. The vehicle is good in many.other ways but the brakes were not inspected properly as Norden claimed they were. Take the vehicle to your own mechanic, the AMA before buying. Also they were too cheap to pay for a 2nd key as the vehicle only had one. Be careful. More

When I git on the phone with them and demanded they contact the other dealer to cancel the deal before we looked at theirs they then backed off. If I hadn't done this they would have had my son sign for two cars!!! Never will recommend or ever go back!!!!! More

This place is the poster child for Corporate Greed. I've never owned a Volkswagen or been to one of their dealerships before. I went in to look at and inquire about a 2023 Golf R. I looked at a GTI (no R in stock) to get a feel of how spacious the vehicle would be. I told him I didnt want to pay much over MSRP. I decided I wanted to put a deposit down. The sales person originally told me there was no pricing available. Then after I told him I wanted to put a deposit down, there was "all of the sudden" pricing available. He also mentioned the car would not come until at the earliest of next year (+4 months). He came back and showed me an offer for $15,000 over MSRP (+30% Markup). I honestly felt pretty insulted with such a laughable offer. I didn't even try to negotiate and walked out because it was pretty obvious this was just a big **** you. Pretty unbelievable. I called another dealership in Alberta, and they ordered me one for MSRP. More

Contacted this dealership multiple times before having someone contact me. I was inquiring about a 2022 gti or pre-ordering a 2023 golf r. Saleman Scott is useless and lazy. Could not get the information I asked about and completely stopped replying to my texts. So my husband and I visited the dealership hoping someone would help. However no one approached us after 30mins so we approached a salesman sitting on the desk scrolling Facebook. Asked about price of the gti on the lot, he gave us the price and continued on his phone on Facebook. We left the dealership because we were frustrated with how lazy and disinterested the salesman was. We went to Southgate VW and service was fabulous. Paid a $500 refundable deposit on a 2023 golf r within 10 Mins. My in laws wanted to buy an Atlas from Norden but I steered them away and sent them to Southgate VW instead. More

They add constant 5 star reviews from accounts with zero review history. They're very obviously hyper inflating their google reviews to cover up what a garbage dealership they are. They tried to gloss over 29,000 dollars in damage to a Golf R I was looking at. Before I knew about the damage they gave me a hard time about wanting them to replace a windshield with 4 large cracks. Do not give them your business. Everyone I know that has done business with them, has been screwed over in some way. More
