They forced us to buy their 3rd party extended insurance for “peace of mind” on minor accidental scratches, rock chips, dents etc. A year later, i brought the car in to get a a small scratch and a rock chip fixed but we were told that their insurance provider said NO for the paint touch up. 2. Last march when i brought the car in for its first annual maintenance, we were charged almost $300 even though we have a 3 yr prepaid maintenance plan. A month later they fixed it. SAY NO AS HARD AS YOU CAN IF THEY TRY TO SELL YOU THEIR USELESS 3rd PARTY INSURANCE. ITS A SCAM More
