Annoying I get that preowned vehicles are”as-is” but for my washer fluid to run out two days after purchase is really disappointing. You can’t even do an oil c I get that preowned vehicles are”as-is” but for my washer fluid to run out two days after purchase is really disappointing. You can’t even do an oil change and level check before releasing a vehicle ? Ridiculous. I went in for a 2015 Tiguan and was told that the 4 I was interested in were recently sold (that day or the day prior). I ended up buying a 2016 at a higher price obviously. Now looking on their website at stock, many of the “sold” vehicles are still listed yet my purchase has been removed. This makes me sick that I was so obviously lied to. I was made to think they had all recently sold and stock was moving fast. The vehicle ad on the website quoted the vehicle at 40,500km. It actually had 46,000+km. Where has it been the last 6000km??? xxxx this place. More

Lack of F’s At first I was very pleased with the service, though, after coming from Fort Mcmurray to buy a used FJ I was sent home for 4-5 days with a loaner vehi At first I was very pleased with the service, though, after coming from Fort Mcmurray to buy a used FJ I was sent home for 4-5 days with a loaner vehicle because they did not have a monthly dealership inspection up to date; come to find out the FJ needed an alignment, new windshield blades (they replaced the windshield and not the blades which screws them up) and drove the rig up here with 20psi in what should be 32+psi. The car mover said he was driving slow because of dodgy ness: not what you want to here on basically a 52k purchase. Also negotiated an undercoat covered but wasn’t. And when they dropped it off at my work they had zero documents with them claiming that it was mine and legal to drive to the dmv. Sersoiuly? Not how you would expect a purchase like this to happen. Zero negoation on the price (even tho it sat on the lot for 4months) Saying all this they were friendly and did not push to close the deal which was nice... I would be very Leary and careful though, when I was dealing with finance I was told my warranty was going to last 5yrs or 120k but I was reviewing the document yesterday and they only put 100k - kind of a xxxx off. Also msged the salesman about these concerns and no response. Wish I could have givin 5stars!!! More

The tires of the car had less than 2mm tread left. When I mentioned this to the salesman Max , he just shrugged his shoulders and said it's a used car ! They are selling cars which are not road worthy! Safety starts with good tires !!!! I'll never go back to this dealership. I wrote the the sales manager too and never received a reply!!!! More

LIARS, CHEATS, & THEIVES Please excuse the length of this review, it will be used for formal, and hopefully legal investigation. On January 12, 2019, my wife and I went to Please excuse the length of this review, it will be used for formal, and hopefully legal investigation. On January 12, 2019, my wife and I went to “Go” Norden Volkswagen to look at some Volkswagen Certified used cars. To be Volkswagen Certified, the vehicle must be in near perfect condition, no body damage, no rock chips, scratches buffed out, and in perfect running condition. This Certification can only be performed by a Volkswagen Certified technician, specifically trained for this certification process, to ensure the best possible used car experience. Their system showed a “2017 Volkswagen Golf 1.8 TSI Trendline – VW Certified”. Stock # SL4140, listed as 25,021 kilometers. We were told it was a service loaner and was not available at that time, for a test drive. We were given another car to test drive and told it was the same model. My wife liked the car, it was a little over her budget, but because this car was Volkswagen Certified, we agreed to purchase pending final inspection by ourselves. We were then passed on to their finance office to complete the paperwork. The minute we walked in, I told this man: This is a Volkswagen Certified Vehicle, it has 2 years factory warranty remaining. We absolutely, will not purchase any extended warranties or other useless add-ons, so don’t waste your time or ours trying to sell it to us. Then the ******** sales pitch started. First the mechanical warranty, I again reminded him - This is a Volkswagen Certified Vehicle, it has 2 years factory warranty remaining, We absolutely will not purchase any extended warranties or other useless add-ons. (I have 50 years auto repair experience) Then electrical warranty, blah, blah, blah. Then the upholstery, windshield, and $5,000 tire warranties, blah, blah, blah. Then he started with a $2,000.00 paint protection. At this point I was losing my patience and asked this guy, how many ******** times do I have to tell you, This is a Volkswagen Certified Vehicle, it has 2 years factory warranty remaining, We absolutely will not purchase any extended warranties or other useless add-ons? This "person" actually continued with the sales pitch. I stopped and informed him “we are ******* done here, give us the ******* papers for this car, or we walk right now”. I swear to God – we had to sign a paper acknowledging that we refused to listen to his sales pitch. THE REASON FOR THIS NEAR COERCIVE, AND OFFENSIVE SALES PITCH SHOWED UP WHEN WE CAME TO PICK-UP THE CAR………….. Please read on. January 14, 2019 I received an email from our sale associate Andrew Hamilton Internet Sales Manager. “Hi Barry, They’re going to inspect and detail the car today. I will have it ready for tomorrow at noon.” January 15, 2019 at about 5:30pm. we arrived to pick up the car. My wife was finishing some paper work when Andrew mentioned to me that the car had a little crack in the windshield. He explained “Don’t worry, we will get you a new one and only charge you our cost”. My answer was “Hold on a second here, this is a Volkswagen Certified Vehicle, it cannot have so much as a paint scratch, or it will not pass the certification!” “There is no way in **** that I am going to pay for this.” Andrew wandered off to talk to a manager or someone. When Andrew returned, he apologized and explained they should have replaced the windshield. At this point I asked to see the Volkswagen Certification papers. What Andrew showed me was some little 10 or 12 point workshop “check sheet”. On this “check sheet”, I noticed the mechanic had checked off, damage in excess of $3,500.00. I told my wife to “Stop signing papers right now” and showed her the “check sheet”. I handed this back to Andrew and questioned “what the **** is this”. He answered, “No, no, no, this is a mistake, this was a new technician and he has just filled the form out wrong. We will get you a new one tomorrow.” I informed Andrew that “we need to see that car right now”. He told us the car was outside the front door……….. Andrew did not come out the door to show us our new car. The first thing we noticed was this car was a stripped-down model with none of the features we were led to believe would be in the car. I noticed the odometer reading. The car we agreed to purchase had 25,021 kilometers, this car had 31,800 kilometers on it. We went for a test drive and before we got off the car lot, the brakes were grinding. We immediately returned to the dealership and performed an exterior inspection. The front windshield was cracked from side to side, the left front fender was damaged, the front bumper was damaged, rear fender damage etc.. We quickly understood why the mechanic had checked off damage in excess of $3,500.00. I caught up with Andrew Hamilton Internet Sales Manager, and informed him “We are walking away from this deal. The car we agreed to buy had 25,021 kilometers on it, this one has 31,800, and it is not fit to drive”. Andrew answered “OK, I’ll get you a refund on your deposit”. Clearly he knew we were being scammed and wanted to get out of this without a public dispute, and disappeared into the office. About 20 minutes into waiting for our refund, I asked for a photocopy of the bill of sale. My request was refused. About 30 – 40 minutes into waiting for a refund, the finance manager came out to talk with us. In his hand was a release form that my wife had signed, accepting the condition of the car, and wanted to know what the problem was. It seems they had slipped a release form into the papers my wife was signing, before we even saw the car for the first time. I explained this very loudly, and the finance manager quickly left. During this wait, I caught up with Andrew Hamilton Internet Sales Manager. I stated “I trusted you to see this car was properly taken care of, what happened”? His answer was “You refused to pay the $2,100.00 for the certification, so the car was not repaired or certified”. EXCUSE ME! ….. THIS CAR WAS ADVERTISED AND SOLD AS VOLKSWAGEN CERTIFIED. (I have screen shots of the advertisement to prove this). THIS NOW EXPLAINED THE COERCIVE SALES PRESSURE. Although advertised and sold as Volkswagen Certified, this car was not certified as purchased. They had assumed in selling the car uncertified that they would coerce us into paying thousands of dollars in repairs and certification fees. I / We obviously didn’t get suckered into this scam. It took one hour and twenty minutes, and I had to shout at their finance department, to get a refund on VISA / Debit card, that should have taken less than 5 minutes. I have been buying cars for almost 50 years. GoAuto Norden Volkswagen and Andrew Hamilton Internet Sales Manager, have taken the concept of slimy used car dealers to a new level. Formal complaints to the proper agencies, and hopefully criminal charges, are to follow. More
Fantastic and efficient experience I called several dealerships with the same general questions. I wanted to make a deal over the phone. I knew the specifications and every detail that I called several dealerships with the same general questions. I wanted to make a deal over the phone. I knew the specifications and every detail that I wanted. As a woman I find it much easier to make deals and negotiate over the phone. At Norden, I asked specifically for Brandon based on reviews I had read from others. Right from the first conversation I liked him. He listened, asked clarifying questions and then went to work getting me a deal. He called me back frequently with feedback and in the back and forth was very respectful and honest I felt he was very truthful. I did buy the car I wanted by the end of the day and Norden has supplied me with a loaner to use until my car gets here. Brandon came into Norden in his day off to meet with me. He is as nice in person as on the phone. He set me up with a test drive in a similar car to the one I am buying andexplained all of the safety and special features to me. This was such an easy car buying experience for me- no stress. Thank you Brandon and Norden management team. More
