While initially providing incomplete and incorrect offer to purchase form, sales manager agreed to have the information corrected and ready on the bill of sale once we come to pick up the vehicle. Once we arrived at the dealership (bank draft, insurance, and license plate in hand), we were greeted by courteous salesman and presented with our new vehicle. At this point, we were introduced to Dylan Salame and were told he would finalize this transaction for us. Not only did Dylan Salame not have bill of sale ready for us to sign, he was utterly rude, belligerent, and disrespectful to us during the entire time we spent with him. His questions and insinuations as to the source of our funds, our earnings, complete disregard of our time, utter and complete lack of understanding of basic business transaction process pose a serious question as to the values of this dealership’s principals. Dylan Salame kept presenting us with an incorrectly and incompletely filled out copy of bill of sale, he presented this document to us to sign as intent to purchase. Among other things, this document had incorrect buyer information and incomplete VIN number. I asked Dylan multiple times to print off correct bill of sale to which he kept saying it would come later. After realizing that this person is obviously not listening and is intent on proceeding with his own flawed agenda, I reached over and took this incorrect bill of sale, crumpled it up, and threw it in the garbage bin. Then I asked Dylan to go and get the accurate bill of sale as it was discussed with sales manager earlier that week. We were finally presented with a bill of sale that had almost all the information on it, except for 3M protective film application that was applied by Norden and was part of negotiated deal. I told Dylan to include that item on bill of sale and his reply was that it has no actual dollar value to them so that’s why it isn’t included. Again, I found this answer very odd and insulting as 3M protective film that Norden applied had air bubbles under it and would likely need to be re-applied, this was already brought up to saleman’s attention. Now, Dylan didn’t think this needed to be documented as part of sales agreement? Again, this little immoral and disrespectful individual insisting on insulting our intelligence. So finally, after almost two hours we finished all the paperwork and were ready to drive away. This really could have been done in twenty minutes had this dealership thought their people some basic interpersonal skills, and the golden rule of sales ‘customer is always right attitude’. As for the 3M protective film application, bubbles are still there and we just don’t feel it will be worth our time to go back to this dealership to have this corrected. There is much to be said about establishment that has more garbage and cigarette butts flying around their premises than a worst strip mall parking lot in this city, yet there are two dozen men milling around inside the building eager to exude business professionalism to their potential customers. We give this establishment one star as this platform made no provision to award anything lower. This review by no means has any negative connotations with Volkswagen product, or the 2019 Atlas we purchased. More

Right from the start Brandon was helpful and answered my questions quickly - if he didn't know the answer, he made it his priority to find out. I appreciate how easy the process was and Ella (in finance) was excellent at describing each and every option she presented me so I understood everything (she also helped me to see the value in those options). Overall I felt comfortable and zero pressure from either sales or finance. Thank you Brandon and Ella! You guys are wonderful! More

Their lack of organization, poor communication skills, and shortfall in following through on tasks to be completed is pathetic. I purchased my vehicle in January and am still waiting on a incompleted part of my deal to be dealt with. I would not recommend this dealership due to their extreme lack of organization. More
Sale went well. Vehicle prep and after service very poor. I bought a new 2017 Passat R line in mid February 2019 at Norden Volkswagen. Came to a deal with Brittany Villeneuve and Robel Habte. I was happy wi I bought a new 2017 Passat R line in mid February 2019 at Norden Volkswagen. Came to a deal with Brittany Villeneuve and Robel Habte. I was happy with the process. I also purchased the paint/interior protection and 3M packages for approximately $1900.00. Prior to signing the deal I needed to see the car. They had to dig it out of their compound to bring it in to the shop for viewing. One tire was flat and two rims were marked up, one with a deep gouge about 3 inches long. Obviously someone hit a sidewalk or curb to cause this issue. I informed them that I needed the wheels replaced prior to taking the car. They offered to get them machined and refinished. I refused as this was a new car and I expected new wheels. Brittany told me that they would get new wheels. I found a 4-inch scratch on the bumper that had to be fixed before the 3M was installed. I was told that this would be done as well. The mileage was over 900 km instead of 100 km as advertised. They were not concerned that the mileage didn’t match the ad. I ended up accepting the mileage issue. I returned to the sales office prepared to sign the deal on condition that they replace the wheels and repair the scratch. Once inside Brittany had to get another sales manager over to go over the final deal. While I was waiting I noticed a document on Brittany’s desk documenting the wheel change. I don’t remember the sales manager’s name, but he tried to tell me that they were not going to replace the wheels but repair them. This discussion went on for about fifteen minutes until I told him if he didn’t replace the wheels the deal was off. He finally agreed and signed the document that had been prepared in advance on the desk. I also ordered winter tires and wheels, which were installed prior to taking the car home. When I went to pick up the car, the scratch was still visible under the 3M. I was told that it would disappear in a few days. A few days later they had the wheel issue sorted out so I returned to the dealership to pick them up. They were filthy and covered in a gummy substance. I left them there to clean them up. I had to return my car to the dealer, as they did not change the oil as they stated they did and to repair the scratch and rewax the car, as it was full of smudges. The tires were ready so I loaded them into their shuttle. The next day I found out that the flat was never repaired and had to return to the dealer again to get it repaired. A few days later I received a call stating that everything had been taken care of so I returned to the dealer to pick up the car. I found that the scratch still showed. At that point I just took the car home as I had lost all confidence in their abilities regarding any kind of maintenance or repairs. More

Not pleased Zero star!!! Absolute joke of a dealership!! Don't even waste your time going there cuz you will come out getting robbed. They sold my brother a used Zero star!!! He listened to what we wanted, didn't try to upsell us but set about to find us a car that would suit our needs and budget. He showed us a couple on the lot then went as far as taking us to their storage lot to look and the biggest surprise of all offered to have a vehicle brought over from another dealership that he thought we might be interested in. He was patient and worked hard to help us. Did we buy a car - of course- a 2015 Jetta. As it wouldn't be ready on the Saturday he offered to have it delivered to us in Lloydminster. Seriously above and beyond. Then we discovered that our plate wouldn't fit on a Jetta he set out to find us the piece that would make it possible. That was after closing the sale. Derek was the finance officer we dealt with and he made everything easy and relaxed. Have to love the lack of high pressure sales and the total professionalism in every area of this dealership. If you are looking for another vehicle you have to go to Norden. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Janice Haggart More

There were scratches on the front bumper and passenger's side. The plastic on the wiper blade was off. Out of these, Cole Johnson promised us that they will all be fixed before we pick up the van on March 7th, 2019. Unfortunately, there was nothing fix or done by the dealer when we return to pick up the vehicle. This act is fraud, dishonest and unfair to me or any other customers now or in the future. In addition to that, one of the tires pressure was low, indicating a warning but nothing was done about it, although we were told to be checked and fixed. What a shame to Go Norden Volkswagen! More
