Never fixed the original problem I have been using Norden for a very long time, Always great service. However this last experience reflects newer employees not caring about the customers, In July I had taken my wife's car in for an overheating issue. over $4000 later I picked it up. The representative told me we could not clear the engine light. after driving for a couple of days I figured it out myself. The recent concern is today I went to change the oil and swapped winter tires. Since when is torque specification for studs on tires over 200 pounds? I used a 190 torque wrench with a snip and stood on it with full force. all 4 tires. the rear oil pan over Torx nuts again way over tightened. I don't think this tech used a torque wrench. it is probably new in the box. If my wife ever had a flat out on the highway, I would be concerned. More

From waiting hours for Scott/Jack to ‘check with the manager for approval TO the finance person wanting to charge me $1200 for a hitch install that already existed on the vehicle and still including the extended warranty on my bill of sale even though I decline and purchased one through Chrysler directly ($4800 through go auto LGM or $1823 through Chrysler directly with more coverage). Who thought changing the bill of sale involved a 30 minute wait, and blaming other for the mistake instead of updating it herself(Ella). By the way Ella has NO clue what a hitch looked like -she had to look for one on a vehicle in the showroom. After waiting 3 days after the date promised-make sure they update the date in the bill of sale as well as the odometer as they didnt for me-that was a promise(out of many) not fulfilled. To finding out your sales guy Scott drove it those 3 days for personal reasons than delivery it to me, the new owner. Putting 713km. When the coolant started leaking 11 days after purchased. I wanted to return it and the sales manager Dylan told me ‘he will fix it under the 30 day exchange but not to show my face at his dealership again! ’ Big words for a guy who wasn't even at the dealership but calling from home on his personal cell. His reply after I ask him to tell me to my face and after being told I didnt purchased the vehicle at his dealership. He later retracted after I offer to contact Scott the sales guy and to show him my bill of sale. The repair was fixed 10 days later only after a call to Cindy at AMVIC was made .After picking up the vehicle, i drove it straight to Crosstown for their Peace of mind inspection. It felt good knowing what amazing sales service should be like. Excellent service knowledgable people at Crosstown!! I now know every sales person is licensed and can lose their license for being unprofessional and degrading under the AMVIC code of Ethics. Furthermore, GO HAPPY management hates stories of unprofessionalism. Norden expect a letter to both Go Happy management and AMVIC. Don’t worry Dylan, I saved those text messages just this reason! I do have to say their service staff ARE AMAZING at Norden too bad sales personal aren’t. More
Disrespectful and cannot be trusted with their words We bought our Atlas 2019 last June 29. We did not get our vehicle right away since they still have to order and they promised us to wait in 3 days. Af We bought our Atlas 2019 last June 29. After that we kept on calling to check if the car is ready, they said it hasn’t arrived yet. After few more days somehow car came but not ready for some services like underneath coating and key starter. Few more days again we checked and they let us bring the vehicle. So One of the finance person told us to come back in 3 days for extra keys. We went back of course and keys wasn’t there yet. We stated that we are leaving for a week of vacation we will come back after that. Vacation is over no one called us which they also told us that they will call.End of July we decided to come by and keys was there but we didn’t have the new vehicle with us and spare keys has to re- program as well.So this Person Eric whose dealt with us financially told us that he will talk to the service and have it schedule for us! We waited and nothing happened until I talked to the front desk and told them that we keep on waiting and we were not happy for the service and I will write a bad reviews about them. Finally we got scheduled for the key service. Another thing some LGM financial services deducted from our account Some money saying that extended warranty that we did not sign for it. We came back and complain again and whoever you talk to they are going to point everyone, talk to this person, go to that person and it was so upsetting. We told them they have to cancel that since we did not authorized any financial services to get money from our account.. If you are looking someone to talk to it seems like you are waiting for nothing. Talked the higher financial Manager named Derrek Nothing happen as well he told us he will cancel and wait for few day he will Send us the cancellation statement and we waited for nothing, until Coming back again and did not do anything. This person Erick the finance guy was so rude and just turned his back while my husband was talking to him. Such a poor service we got and crappy.. too good in the beginning when you are buying car but after that they are all xxxxxxxx. More
Slow process but got the vehicle we wanted. From start to finish and a hard approval it took a lot longer then expected but overall don’t have to much for complaints. Dealers are not allowed to charge fees that aren't included in the advertised price which Norden tries to do day after day. Trying to purchase a car from this place is like pulling teeth. There are unlisted fees that they do not disclose in the ad and I am going to report this to amvic as the sales manager I spoke with said that this is included in the ad and it is not. 6 hours without replies from sales people after asking them to follow up isn't acceptable inmy line of work,I don't understand why a car dealer trying to sell vehicles would be any different. Btw theres a mandatory $499 glass etching fee. The first time I laid foot in Norden the salesman walls right past my sister ( the car buyer ) and then shakes my hand like I'm buying it. Both my sister and I took this as extremely sexist. I have screen shots of the ad, and the "presentation" of the price that they wouldn't budge a dollar on the price plus the $506 undisclosed fees. After speaking to the sales manager he didn't seem to care. This dealer has been reported to AMVIC and they have started a investigation. More
