Not all service requested done! In addition to having my winter tires installed and a repair from a previous visit where the part was on back order, I had an annoying rumbling sound In addition to having my winter tires installed and a repair from a previous visit where the part was on back order, I had an annoying rumbling sound from my rear speaker. I was told that it was fixed, but I doubt that it was touched as the annoying sound was still present when I got into my car. Another service agent even heard it (as he was outside when I picked up the car)! Problem is that I need to inconvenience myself and go back to have it fixed again! More

Service à la Clientele inexistant J’ai fait des réparations de carrosserie chez Nissan Gabriel Jean-Talon suite à un accident suite à une entente avec leur garage pour laquelle je me s J’ai fait des réparations de carrosserie chez Nissan Gabriel Jean-Talon suite à un accident suite à une entente avec leur garage pour laquelle je me suis beaucoup impliqué avec mon assureur. Je récupère mon véhicule 5 semaines après, au lieu des 2 semaines prévues avec en prime un intérieur sale est poussiéreux, batterie vidée, des réparations non satisfaisantes et les promesses orales non tenu. Je la laisse au garage pour qu'elle soit nettoyée mais une semaine plus tard encore dans le même état. Je contacte le Directeur Général pour faire part de ma mésaventure....après plusieurs relances, il me dit de ne pas me faire de souci et dormir sur mes deux oreilles, car il s’occupe de ma plainte….... Aucun retour......mais 4 mois après je reçois un ultimatum de paiement pour la franchise sous menace de collection !!!! Oublie involontaire ou stratégique...…. Si c’est ça leur définition du service à la clientèle, je leur donne 0. Ce qui est sûr à date: 1/ je ne veux plus mettre les pieds là-bas; 2/ je ne peux plus recommander ce concessionnaire à mon entourage. 3/ Et si vous y aller, mettez tout par écrit même avec un directeur Ne vous méprenez pas, j’étais client fidèle et sans problème depuis 5 ans…mais quand ça vous tombe dessus ça fait mal. C’est dans la gestion des situations litigieuses que l’on découvre le vrai visage d’une compagnie. More
