Fantastic Experience! Just left from buying a car from Khessy. We walked in last week to check out a car they had on Kijiji. We have been to numerous dealers within Ontario and Quebec looking for this particular model and I can tell you the salespeople we have dealt with were nothing like her. She was informative, kind and easy to work with. We purchased the car right away. We also met Ali whom was fantastic in helping with financing and discussing our options. Again no pressure. Worst tire change experience of my life Booked an appointment for a winter tire change 48 hours in advance and delivered them the car at the exact time agreed in the morning. Was promised that the car would be ready in 3 to 4 hours but that they would do their best to finish it earlier. Came back after 3 hours and a half to take back the car to be told that they had just gone to bring the tires and that I shouldn’t have come to the dealership before receiving a call. I asked for a courtesy lift back to my place (15 mn away) . They rudely said: the driver is not available. He was sent to pick up my tires. I took an Uber back and waited by the phone. Nobody called that Friday afternoon nor Saturday nor Sunday. The call came on Monday at 7.00AM with the lady asking my wife why nobody came to pick up the car that Friday afternoon. But it is absolutly dangerous to drive. Never recommend to use their garage. Poor service. Stay away. More
