Excellent buying experience I came in not knowing if I was set on buying and if I was if I would chose a Nissan. I have had good experiences with Nissan vehicles so was receptive I came in not knowing if I was set on buying and if I was if I would chose a Nissan. I sat down with Andy and even though he is admittedly new he made me feel comfortable dealing with him and that he would be fair and honest. After test driving two different vehicle types I decided it was time and bought. I was also impressed with Crystal, the Financial Services Manager. She was thorough, cheerful and again I was comfortable dealing with her. Overall it was a pleasant buying experience and I am happy with the deal. We felt very comfortable with Kayla, she answered all our questions and we felt none of the usual high pressure sales tactics that we have experienced at other dealerships. Kayla went out of her way to get us a deal that was within our budget. Her knowledge of the product was also outstanding. We would highly recommend Newmarket Nissan, everyone we dealt with was very friendly, courteous and went out of their way to make our buying experience as pleasant as possible. We needed to purchase a vehicle as our old vehicle was in an accident. Kayla was very understanding and knowledgeable. She helped us make a choice without any pressure or sales tactics. Then we went to see Jolene. Oh my god, I have never had such a warm, friendly finance person that wanted to help us not the banks. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.
