Newmarket Nissan

Moved from Toyota to Nissan I had almost planned to go again with Toyota, but wanted to check out the equivalent with Nissan (the Rogue vs the Toyota Rav4). Met with Amberre and I had almost planned to go again with Toyota, but wanted to check out the equivalent with Nissan (the Rogue vs the Toyota Rav4). Met with Amberre and she is so nice and friendly. Took the time necessary to figure out what was the best match for my needs. No pressuring. Got questions answered, did a test drive, and after a few hours decided to go for it. The Rogue impressed me and I felt I got a pretty good deal well under MSRP (dealt with Gurp on that aspect). Fair price on my trade in as well (same as Toyota dealer offered me). Financing work all with Kyle. Knowledgeable and did a good job of outlining my options. On pickup several days later Amberre was there for the help to figure out all the new features I didnt have on the previous vehicle. The Rogue is luxury compared to the old car. I love it. Friendliness and followup with Amberre is great. Look forward to a great ongoing relationship with Newmarket Nissan. (Get that WIFI fixed! ha ha). More

She was so genuine, friendly and fun, it made my experience an enjoyable one. She was helpful and honest and worked hard to get me the vehicle that met my needs. The fact that I did not feel any pressure from Amberre to make a purchase was extremely impressive to me. When it came time for financing, Kyle was very down to earth and he took his time to explain everything as well as he could and answer any questions that I had. I contacted Nissian via email and got a quick response and was in invited in on June 29th to take a test drive. Upon arrival I noticed right away the atmosphere in the dealership. It was busy, live music playing and every single employee I had contact with or that I just observed seemed to be enjoying the place they worked in. I was quickly introduced to Melissa Shelley, who was friendly, comfortable to be around and professional. She immediately gave me her full attention and made it a priority to get to know me, not just as a customer but a person. I have years of experience in customer service industry and know that the customer is "your bread and butter". I've noticed a strong decline in customer service in today's retail and service businesses so I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into this dealership and recieved the treatment I did.
