I had dropped into New Roads a few months prior and ended up sitting down with Tony Ladas to ask a few questions about a new model that was slated to come out. I found Tony to be a very warm person and an excellent listener. My son's car was totally written off in a car accident and we were under the gun to find a replacement before the time limit for rental coverage set by the insurance company. Having remembered my earlier conversation with Tony, he was the first person I sought out when looking for a replacement vehicle. Within a very short time after connecting with Tony again, we had taken a test drive, concluded our negotiations and arranged for delivery of an almost-new Cruze within 48 hrs. The experience was completely enjoyable and painless, thanks to Tony and we'll happily recommend him to any of our friends and relatives. He is a real asset to New Roads! More
