Tony Ladas the Sales Consultant I was lucky enough to engage with from the beginning was friendly, informative and was truly interested in providing me with the vehicle I Wanted for the price I was looking for. Communication was excellent, phone calls and emails were promptly answered usually within minutes. There was never any issue with my spontaneous drop in visits and Tony always made himself available to answer all my questions. While my vehicle is still new and I have not used their Service Specialists, if my experience with Tony, the Financial team and Parts Dept. are any indication of their philosophy towards their customers, I fully expect my expectations to be met when or if I will require after sales service.
