The morning of the appt. I realized my furnace had broken down and needed to call Reliance. I work in Hamilton and live in Hagersville. So I dropped my car off at 0745 and explained the situation to Glen Hapkiss. I explained I could reschedule etc.as when I would call for Reliance I am aware they will not give a time and could I maybe get my car earlier so I could go home and work from home . If I had a time frame I could work something with Reliance. He was great said he would try his best to get it done by noon even though they were swamped. This gave me the opportunity to book the furnace appt for later in the day. I was able to get to work via uber and only be 15 mins late. I am 75 yrs old and disabled (I am an RN and work xxT) in LTC) so it was muted appreciated. At 1015 Glenn phoned the car was ready an Uber picked me upend I was able to be home for the furnace. Not only was the service great and the relief was a stress reducer. Even more significant the problem with the furanace was the condenser had seized and was smoking but had not yet started a fire. If I had not had the help in timing from your facility I most likely would have been dealing with a house fire before Christmas in a very old 168 yr old house. So Thank you very much. A simple little accommodation was able to stop what could have been a domino effect of unpleasant circumstances. More

The time it took to get my car back well exceeded the estimated time. When I called to get some feedback on the status of my car, it was impossible to get through. Tried calling multiple times.
