Terrible experience and customer service Had a tire sensor light that was going on even though the tire pressure was good. Had it fixed but then it went on again a day later. I made an appoin Had a tire sensor light that was going on even though the tire pressure was good. Had it fixed but then it went on again a day later. I made an appointment to come back and have it looked at. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment they told me they didn't have time to fit me in. It would have been nice to have been called to reschedule before I drove all the way there. After checking the sensor light was still on, they told me the sensor that they fixed was good but that there may be another problem and that would cost a min. of $120 an hour to look for the problem, no guarantees that they could find it. I questioned why I paid for a service which wasn't corrected to which I was told that they did fix my broken sensor. After speaking with Adrian the service manager I was told that they would see if the problem was something they had overlooked to which they would give me a refund or if it was another problem and they could work with me on the cost and that either he or Bobby would get back to me to let me know. No one called me back that night or all day the next day, even after I left messages for both Bobby and Adrian. Day 3 of not having my car, Bobby calls me and tells me that each tire has a sensor and all three of the other sensors are not communicating with my system and that they can fix it for a minimum of $300 plus taxes just for the parts. I ask for a refund as I would not have gotten just one tire sensor fixed if I had known that all four were not working properly and had been informed of this from the start. Needless to say, I am out $134 plus taxes and still have a sensor light warning light going on in my car, the same issue that I went in with and paid to be fixed. Not happy. Service is unsatisfactory, and customer service is below par. Definitely will not be back for service or sales. In the market for a new truck for my husband and will steer clear of this dealership. More
