He was honest, fair, friendly, intuitive and quiet when he needed to be to let his customers (me, my hubby AND my dad!) communicate, ready and knowledgeable in an instant to provide information as needed. He listened to my NEEDS and WANTS and helped me into something that more than satisfied both, and was more vehicle than I thought possible for myself (especially for my first NEW car!).
